I love the Freja NYC but I switched to back packs 7 years ago and I just can't go back. The positive is having your hands free and keeping your posture upright which decreases shoulder and neck pain.

Polene has such bad reviews regarding the quality of the leather.

I think that they used to be very good quality but once they blew up they got greedy and compromised on quality to meet the demand
