Baker's attitude and his height are why evaluators in the past, present and future dont/will not rank him in the top 10 QB. Mayfield will always keep looking at the TB--at his diamond rings, gold jacket, 35-13 playoff record, 5 SB MVPs, and caliber of women--and never come close on any/all accounts.

To Baker's credit, his 2 playoff losses were from two Superbowl teams, Chiefs in 2020 and Lions in 2023. He's been on fire in Tampa Bay, and it's fun to watch. EDIT: Lions were and are Super Bowl contenders. Point is for those of you that are nitpicky and annoying in wanting to slam a good QB, is that Baker Mayfield's teams in those years could have went to the Super Bowl. Relax guys.
Bucs have a special situation and they can turn it into a deep playoff run if they put their minds to it...dropped 51 points today against their nemesis, the Saints.
He led them to a 9-8 record in the worst division, and talks like he’s won five SBs. This was merely a glimpse into why some folks (including players) don’t like him.
Baker Mayfield - Tom Brady was no fun Tom Brady has seven rings. You don’t get that by being comfortable and besties with your teammates and you certainly don’t gain respect from everyone else including yourself. Tom Brady is one of a kind and a champ. Not everyone can understand or is wired in this way.
TB came to Tampa and in his first year he took out Brees, Rodgers, Mahomes and got a ring. What has Baker accomplished? You don't want to win, you just want the money and fame, and that's fine but don't disrespect the champions who genuinely want to succeed because you and them are not the same.
Its great to want to be great. I also believe football is a game for entertainment. Even the losers get paid. Baker offered his perspective and it should be respected. Football existed before Tom Brady and continues to now.
There was a time when men played football. Not no moh. Mayfield will never win a championship. Feel free to mark this post and come back to it when he retires ring-less.
Yeah, Stephen is actually well below mediocrity. This video should tell you enough here about what kind of champ Stephen is at his "job" ruclips.net/video/2aeqmFJGLnE/видео.html
I think the message was misspoken by Mayfield. He probably wanted to say that he was stressed and his teammates told him to be himself and to have fun 🤷🏼♂️ We have to understand, Bucs went from Winston, to BRADY, and now to Mayfield.

Baker is another cousins, dak and Fitzpatrick, tricksters that'll never win a big game!
yeh that's what i was thinking. lol. but i think he didn't mean anything by it
To Baker's credit, his 2 playoff losses were from two Superbowl teams, Chiefs in 2020 and Lions in 2023.
Relax guys.
baker is a very good qb
That Has to do With Brady How?
Lions went to the Super Bowl ?
Lions didn't go to the superbowl and Mahomes was injured in that game in 2020. No excuses
Bucs have a special situation and they can turn it into a deep playoff run if they put their minds to it...dropped 51 points today against their nemesis, the Saints.
hope so too
Brady has clearly never worked in a day care to know how stressful it is to take care of 20 toddlers.
that would be my nightmare for sure. lol
At his age in the Bucs locker room, it was pretty close.
Baker string together a few games now he's got some base in voice. Boy be quiet and play. He'd be fortunate to accomplish half what Brady did
:))
Baker Mayfield can always grease the refs and win a title or two like the Chiefs. 😂
hahaha
This is life not just sports.
agree mate
these guys talk about winning like psychopaths. lol
gotta be bro :))) lol
Baker will never win with his mindset, he can help them win 12 games but no championships are coming with him at the helm
Yeh. You gotta have a different mindset
He led them to a 9-8 record in the worst division, and talks like he’s won five SBs. This was merely a glimpse into why some folks (including players) don’t like him.
Baker Mayfield - Tom Brady was no fun
Tom Brady has seven rings. You don’t get that by being comfortable and besties with your teammates and you certainly don’t gain respect from everyone else including yourself. Tom Brady is one of a kind and a champ. Not everyone can understand or is wired in this way.
brady knows what it takes
I think bucs should higher Bill as head coach.
bill would be great anywhere :)
Baker pissed all the big dawg champions off
I think so
Shannon hates Brady,......*Skip was correct*.....!?
he's defending brady though
You obviously didn't listen , did you
TB came to Tampa and in his first year he took out Brees, Rodgers, Mahomes and got a ring. What has Baker accomplished? You don't want to win, you just want the money and fame, and that's fine but don't disrespect the champions who genuinely want to succeed because you and them are not the same.
Pressure is going to be high to get the ring
A motivational speaker, and a self starter, walk into a bar.
Who walks out alive?
lol
Who let that glorified house wife speak?
lol
Its great to want to be great. I also believe football is a game for entertainment. Even the losers get paid. Baker offered his perspective and it should be respected. Football existed before Tom Brady and continues to now.
❤️ 👌
W Brady
yup :))
History only remembers the winners.
True 😁
What job that pays millions of dollars a year is not stressful? Baker will never win with that mentality, let alone win multiple times.
gotta get that championship ring
Fun comes after your career.
imagine the stress brady went through - constant pressure to win every year
My motivational video
Definitely good lessons
There was a time when men played football. Not no moh. Mayfield will never win a championship. Feel free to mark this post and come back to it when he retires ring-less.
yeh you need that stress
UGTR 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏👏👏
SAS wants to fit in so danm bad!
UNC low key hit SAS with a shot!
Bahaha
😂 😂 😂 Trueeeeee
Yeah, Stephen is actually well below mediocrity.
This video should tell you enough here about what kind of champ Stephen is at his "job"

"Balance is Overrated" - SAS
I hate losing more than I love winning. If you don’t understand that then get tf outta my way!
Yeh I know how that feels
I think the message was misspoken by Mayfield. He probably wanted to say that he was stressed and his teammates told him to be himself and to have fun 🤷🏼♂️
We have to understand, Bucs went from Winston, to BRADY, and now to Mayfield.
yeh i think he didn't mean it like that
