This is great. Thank you. However, I was reading the guideline on N/V in pregnancy. First line is no longer diet modification although not harmful to suggest that. First line is B6 now. Thanks again for this review.

I believe you mean red flag signs of IBD not IBS, let me know if i'm wrong
