It feels so weird to splat someone with a sprinkler. The game will tell you that you splatted someone and it takes you a second to realize why. When you get splatted by one it's so humiliating and makes you feel like a fraud.

It's much more worse to get splatted by splatwall xp. On the other hand getting kills with sprinklers and mines are SUPER satisfying. (I myself use the Kelp Splatcharger as my main sniping weapon)

If you have a Nintendo Switch or plan on getting one, you might as well wait for the sequel. But if you only have a Wii U and mainly want a good game to play for the summer or so, it would be a good choice. Not everyone has a Switch yet, so I'm sure there will still be plenty of people playing the original for a while yet.
