I want to start out by first saying, "Thank you for posting this video." Ah, it brings back memories for me when I visited Dublin in 1983. It is a beautiful city and the video shows so many of the great places to see in Dublin. The music, the people I met and all the wonderful things to see & do in Dublin make it well worth the trip! The singer on this video has a lovely voice! I hope to hear more. Really a wonderful singer!
Thanks for this video. I was 15 days on the South of Ireland and I'll never forget the beauty nature of those country and their people and music too.I can say i have there one unexpected & amazing experience. I hope one day will have the possibility to see Dublin as my own eyes, and stay side by side with your great and ancient culture. Great pics and great voice on your video. When i want to remember Ireland I heard "Danny Boy" & suddnely, I was there again.
aah, Dublin, Ireland... been there done that (not just Dublin), LOVED IT!!! Going back as soon as I possible can. Scotland and Ireland, my favorite countries to visit. Fantastic people and beautiful nature. Great song :)
I'm an Italian girl and I visited several cities, BUT the first time I set foot in DUBLIN I felt a lump in my throat, is not only the island to be magical, but also the people there, the Dablinesi be happy and loving their country! I lived 5 months (7 years and that summer the step above), the kindness of most people embarrassed me and made me ashamed to be Italian because I do not feel italian!
Great vid! Well done. Love the Fiona Gregory music as well. I'll go buy a copy! I'm originally from the Isle of Man (although partly of Irish descent), and used to visit Dublin back in the days when it was affordable. There'll always be a place in my heart for Dublin though. Thanks for this :)
oh... oh... I felt in love wish Dubli ... Ireland either... wonderful country.. friendly people and... all the colors and scennery are... unforgetable...Brasilien greeting to all Irish people1!! :)
@jiggy12able We are English. My wife and I spent our honeymoon in Dublin. It was fantastic, friendly people. Older blokes were a bit weary of us but we won them over. Didn't like Temple Bar, local bars were best. Stayed in Gardner street. This was 2008 and the taxi drivers were driving through floods to get us to airport. Most honest people I have met. ATH CLIATH. Thank you, from a Geordie. Bless.
I'm 16 and I live in the North-East, I'm going to Dublin in the summer with family as I heard it's the literature capital and I'm dying to go to some of the museums. Wondering if anyone could recommend any? Would be really lovely if you could. Thank you!
First settled by the Magnificent Vikings, Then ruled by the Normans then ruled by the British then ruled by the Irish. The city is not average is brilliant it has been occupied by a huge diaspora of peoples and cultures of Europe. And is mix of all the above mentioned. Every part of the city is unique and culturally different to its respective builders.
I love Dublin and I want to take the citizenship, when I'm gone Eire cry because I feel to be away from my house! it isn't true that Dublin is equal to other cities, that has nothing special..Dublin is the city of my heart ..I'm only 20 years but one thing I'm sure My objective is you Ireland!
No matter how much you dis Dublin there is no city in the world where there is never any crime robberies or sometimes murders ! thats what our world has come to ! so bitch all you want about dublin but please tell me a city where none of this has ever happened ? ireland is an amaing country with lovely people and im proud to say i live here but like every other it has its own problems.
I've never been to Eire but I saw a lot of it on street view and I think Dublin is overrated. If I had a chance to go to the green island I'd rather see places like Cork or Shannon or Gallway. There's seems to be nothing special about Dublin,it's just an average city.
