      isme ramdev baba ne ek exercise batayi hai ate ka diya jala kar nabhi par rakhte hai aur fir lota se dhak dete hai . fir is exercise ke bad bhi baith kar pahle kuch khana hai jaise ghee ata aur gur se bana halwa ya paka hua kela.
