Stop-Motion Transformation of Toyseasy YW-2302 Type054A Missile Frigate Hou Yi. Yes, it also turns into a gun, but in a very simple way. I’m sure anyone who owns this can figure that out. Hint: The shield folds in half and is trapped between the legs to form the handle. Not essential to the combined mode. Still waiting on preorders for the remaining arm and leg figures.

I love that hasbro/takara do not have a monopoly on transforming robot toys.
It was a blessing in disguise when the KO companies got busted. It gave us this new crop of companies that just do original IP with amazing transformations and styling. Someone told me that the Touch Toys figures are designed by the same guy that used to do KOs - "Black Apple". Maybe doing PLAN hardware is some sort of penance.
Even when they tried their best by blocking other licensed 3rd party companies by making their own OP or Megs figures non-transformable. It's good that other companies are doing original stuff. Even Toy Alliance has a few transforming toys of their own
The way the bridge folds away into the chest is great.
Right? Love how symmetry becomes asymmetry and then symmetry again.
That made me go O_O - that was the most impressive part about this figure.
I didn't realize how TINY this guy is compared to the rest of the set. I mean, I guess it makes sense since he becomes a gun, but wow, is he small.

In real world setting one of this bot is bigger then Devastator and their combine form can easily stomp on the other combiner.
