1. DPSP is not called as philosophy and soul of the Constitution rather DPSP along with Fundamental rights CONTAIN the philosophy and soul of the Constitution.
2. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar termed "The right to constitutional remedies" (Art - 32) as The HEART and SOUL of the Constitution.
3. I think - The term "NOVEL" meant here is "NeW and Different".
(B.R.Ambedkar described DPSP as "Novel features" of the Constitution).
P.S: Bcoz of Kanimurugan Sir only I started having intrest in polity.

Sir the last point you said dpsp is used to determine constitutional validity of a law but you said about article 14 and 19 but the Article 14 and 19 are related to fundamental rights then how they can included in the dpsp??
