In Japan, there are quite a few people who like Turkey and there are many guidebooks and manga (comic books) about travel in Turkey, so there are many Japanese who want to try Baklava.
I think it looks really delicious and tastes very sweet in the video.
In Japan, there are many sweet sweets such as Dango, Manjyuu, Jyounamagashi, Dorayaki, Taiyaji, Kuzukiri, Ringoame, Pongashi, Kohakutou, Rakugan, etc., but to see a freshly baked Baklava I am sure that they use a much larger amount of high quality sugar with a rich flavor than Japanese sweets.
This is because Japan is an island nation with a hot and humid climate, so sugar was a luxury and precious commodity for a long time (Japan was closed to the outside world for a long time, so it was not until the arrival of Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch trading ships 400 years ago that people started to make sweets with a lot of sugar), and Japan was in the middle of the continent and had a huge empire from early times. This may be one of the differences between Turkey, which is located in the middle of the continent and had a huge empire from its early days and easy access to a lot of sugar.
One could say that the aroma and taste of Baklava speaks of Turkey's rich history.
I am sure they would be very delicious with coffee or tea.
Above all, the careful work of the confectioners, the makers of these beautiful and lovely treats, is wonderful.

Baklava is not eaten with a knife and fork. You use your hands and rotate the baklava so that the bottom touches your palate when you take a bite or fully insert it into your mouth. Those who haven't tried it should give it a go. Eat a piece with the bottom facing downward and another with the bottom facing upward. You'll definitely notice the difference.

The room where production takes place is specially ventilated. It must be at a certain humidity level.
