Great job Steve checking out the oil tank 👍!!! I always would check the basement tanks in the fall before delivery or if it's a new customer and tell them don't touch the tank! Dumb homeowner almost caused a problem.
So if the pressure regulator has a check valve why do you need a blackflow preventer? My HVAC guy said I didn't need and it's another leaker. Is it a zoning thing?
Steve tell your customer to sell that white pickup truck so you can put in a new boil for them. That boiler is definitely a dinosaur shitshow. Peace brother and Molly
