    Beautiful! I am sure the team’s environment must be and feel safe enough and have trust in each other for this to result in growth… I would love if you would share what happens in companys who have poor culture or where there is lack of trust in leadership and management. I have seen this and oh boy the outcomes!!! I am sure there a video out where he talks about the subject… 😊
