@@reganlittlewood Yes, the standard tank is a four gallon tank for the home market. The US had a two gallon tank as standard One of the colour options was for a solid colour as this bike has. There was the Steling Moss Green and the Eutruscan Bronze as well as the orange although I have seen some other colours but they aren't mentioned in the workshop manual or spares manual I have. The other option was for a two tone tank with Dove grey with these colours. The 1971 tank has a seam running along the centre of the tank and a chrome strip over it. The later tanks were the same shape but without the centre seam and chrome strip and they had knee grips the same as the later Triumphs with this shape of tank There were also two different colours for the frame, most were black and a few were made with the Dove Grey
How far do you guys ship bikes to?
The side panels are not the original colour as they were the same colour as the tank. And it's a 1971 tank, not the 72 tank
What's different about the tank? Mine is a '72 and has the same 4 gallon tank. Plus for 1972 it would be all one colour as this one is...
