Wanderer is pretty good of a character MORE so than what people think of him, and he's too much fun as well. Him at C0 isn't horrible at all in fact he is a good carry in a faruzan/bennett team. C2 is a good stopping point for his damage giving him that nuke by the end of his rotation is always good. C6 s an entire different beast altogether. I only have him at C0 widsith and he's super strong for me and i love him :D
Same; I just got him and barely leveled him since I’m utterly broke (he lv65 right now), stuck some Desert Pavilion artifacts that I’ve been farming and he’s already incredibly stronger than whatever the shiz I was doing before. Which is usually a quick-swap team based on elemental reactions and pray nahida can buff my hyperblooms enough. LMAO. But yea I love him already. I have c1 faruzan and plan to keep pulling as many times as I can to get her cons. Edit: c5 faruzan now but Im stopping pulling since I’m at pity again and want Lyney 🥹
I got C6 Wanderer yesterday too and he's fantastic. The C6 actually does a few more things than the description says. Firstly, since the follow-up counts as a normal attack, it'll trigger Wanderer's dash passive more often, letting you be much more mobile. Secondly, each follow-up attack adds to the ICD and 3-hit rule that Wanderer's attack string does. This means that he will cause a swirl reaction more often, facilitating shield-breaking REALLY well. This is why he's able to chew through lector and herald shields so quickly. Congrats to Bones.
With c6 wanderer I whould really recommend using his charged attack only once for the birst because of his attack speed he can get 2 or 3 auto attacks in the time it takes for him to use his charged wich makes for a very big damage difference when you factor the c6 attacks
at 11:26 his burst was only hitting that much because pyro dancer woman summoned her scorpion, which gives her a massive def increase until its dead (thats for all of the sumeru desert summoner enemies)
c6 wanderer is arguably the best character in the game for speedrunning. In mostly single target scenarios c6 havers will run yunjin instead of zhongli, because the shield isn't that necessary when you got the dashes and just in case you can go a little higher to get out of range. You'll be killing them fast anyway
Also Try itto, its a little rng but jesus crist he just keeps going thrue everything. In my opinion him and ittos c6 are the funniest and also the strongest.

Btw, the reason why Wanderer's burst dealt lesser damage around 11:25 is that those enemies have increased defense when there summons are on-field. Correct me if I'm wrong tho.

I used 1180 wishes to get Scaramouche C6 R5 and I still had 100 wishes remaining so it was honestly a pretty lucky run. I also got R3 Redhorn during the wishes too as it was running on the same banner as Tulleytallah at the time.
I got him C1 within first 10 pulls at 4 pity. After losing on banner before Wanderer which gave ne Diluc. Lol He’s a game changer, especially I got 4 pc DP set. Kinda boring sometimes since I use him most of the time, since I don’t have Yelan for fast exploration.

I'd say he's the current best hyper carry in the game. I know it's a stretch but C0 Wanderer can output so much damage because of how flexible his teams are. His best support was given for free(Faru-chan) and you just need any shielder and benny

I use Dehya with my Hat Guy. That way, you get the 25% attack bonus with Bennett. The protection doesn't last very long and I recommend only dropping her skill after Bennett's burst. The rotation lines up pretty nicely where you can E+Q with Faruzan (C6 only), Bennett E + burst (for particles), Dehya E, and then go to town with Wanderer. By the time your E runs out, you can burst with Wanderer and Faruzan's burst will be coming off cooldown and you can repeat the whole thing. This is only with C6 Faruzan or else you will have energy issues. Bennett needs high energy recharge as well or you'll run into situations where his burst won't be up, which is another reason why I recommend doing Bennett before Dehya. IMO, her protection is more valuable than getting uptime on Bennett's burst. Other than that, if you don't have Zhongli another good pick is pairing Layla with Xingqiu on the team. Use XQ then Layla (burst before shield), then Faruzan and then Wanderer. Even without a shield, thanks to Layla's burst you'll be pretty much freezing everything all the time, especially since you're swirling the hydro/cryo. It's really fun and what I used for this Abyss since I needed Bennett on my other team (and because of the Lecter).
c6 wanderer actually prefers to run echoes as wit hc6 the extra attacks means just 3 NA would be 6 hits whihc would be a guarenteed echoes proc. this means every 2-3 hits is a echoes proc and since he tends to run bennet and double pyro (usually thoma) in the team it makes echoes hit even harder.
I already have c0 wanderer with the widths weapon ratio is 216:50 atk1790 , he surprisingly does upto 42k dmg w c5 benny and c0 faruzan plus hes really fun to play! Im now Saving for his c6 as f2p, i will atleast need 8 months to save plus his signature weapon too, hopefully i get super lucky in his banner while pulling! I’m on a mission to C6 Scaramouche one banner at a time. First banner I got him, his C1, and his weapon. This banner I won the 50/50 and got surprised with a Qiqi in my first double five star pull! So now I’ve got C2 Wanderer and guaranteed Lyney.
I rolled for him this banner, have him at c0 and I got his signature weapon out of luck, he’s already strong enough for me, but im planning to wish for c6 in future banners.
I got him on my main account at lvl 70 with the most awful/random artifacts with a lvl 90 solar pearl, with all his talents at lvl 1 and he hits over 7k with his normal attack, GET HIM
I'd been using C0 Scaramouche since he came out, and this time around, I was lucky enough to get him to C2 while pulling for some Faruzan Constellations. I have to say... C0 Wanderer + C2 Faruzan VS C2 Wanderer + C6 Faruzan is a completely different story! It is insane how much of a difference this has made lol.

Wrong, only a few characters are actually broken at c6, dont be fooled, c6 doesnt automatically make them broken, you still need good artifacts, weapon and team comp for them to 3 star abyss
Majority of C6 doesn't actually considered broken. Sure they are much stronger but to be considered as broken C6, you have to compare to other C6 since that's the same level of investment. C6 Wanderer is broken because one extra hit increase so many of his trait efficiency like straight up 40% DPS increase, guarantee a free dash every N3 combo, more elemental application to break shield. Lots of times C6 is just more damage but C6 Wanderer is considered as one of the most broken because its not just more damage

@@noxccty6200 If you have at least C4 thoma then thoma are better because you can pair him with bennett to get pyro resonance and they can be a battery for each other so you'll have a smoother rotation. Otherwise use layla because she has a much stronger shield, can utilize millelith 4pc set and with xingqiu youll have even stronger shield and can freeze the enemies Note that you'll need 180%~ ER on both of them (less with C4 thoma)
Aw man now I'm feeling down seeing this, I lost early 10 pity to Tighnari and that's give me a chance to win much easier but I only had 60 pull and it doesn't enough for Wanderer to come out 😔 I just wish for some couple pull 😩
I have C2 R1 with about 90crt and 180crtdmg and BIS artifact... C6 Faruzan.. Either with Zhongli and Bennett or Yun Jin and his auto attacks in his skill is like 40k a piece.
Tho I don't have the savings for a c6 wanderer. I'm more than happy with my c1 wanderer. C6 faruzan was all I needed. At this point I'm pretty sure I'll go for every playable harbinger. They have a somewhat difficul playstyle but a satisfying one none the less.
The thing with C6 Yelan is that it is technically better in the abyss, but a majority of people spend most of their time in the overworld. C6 wanderer is just more consistent in terms of damage output. The fact that he's not burst reliant is just the cherry on top. He's even element agnostic at C6. A C6 ayato or yelan can't do anything against hydro lectors or abyss mages. Same goes for most other elements. But at C6 you just get so many different sources of anemo application (A4 passive, normals, normal 2nd strikes) that any elemental shield goes down easily. I even beat floor 12-1-1 this abyss in 70 seconds with my C2 wanderer without a hydro character, just using wanderer's normals. Not to mention his insane overworld utility. People don't know how crazy it is to just be able to FLY everywhere. People always go on and on about abyss capabilities, and yeah they should because that's the absolute difficulty ceiling of this game, but when you spend a majority of your time in the overworld, Wanderer is just the best unit in the game. I cannot live without having him in a team anymore.
@@Koko-sn9in It’s not just overworld bosses. Think of commissions, requests, bounties, etc… Wanderer shits on everything. Yelan can’t clear the two hilichurl towers without her burst, nor can she destroy the hilichurl balloon. She can’t fly over rivers and overpasses, and she can’t destroy obstacles or catch a stray crystal fly. I’m not saying all this to shit on Yelan btw, I have her C1 and I actually use her and wanderer together in the overworld. I just think that community perception of wanderer is quite skewed because a lot of meta focused sources list him as a subpar hyper carry unit when imo he’s so much more than that

Wanderer - Faruzan - Bennett - Zhongli: this's not the best dmg team, but the very most comfortable team to play. 2. Wanderer - Faruzan - Layla - Yelan: better than team 1 IF your Wanderer's lack of crit rate and your Layla've got C6, if not, team 1's better. 3. Wanderer - Faruzan - Xingqiu - Yelan: that my main team right now, the ulti of XIngqiu and Yelan, combine with Wanderer C6's speed atk...it like a machine gun :)))) Of course without the shiled, u need some dodging skill too :))
if i ever c6 a 5star it will probably be either wanderer or hutao, but most likely wanderer because of how much he can do without almost any support outside of a shield and then c6 faruzan can just keep him buffed without even needing to build her on anything other than er, its just such an easy character to use against any enemy that isnt immune to anemo

Normals, I normally do 87k normals (I play around normals and burst since I have c2 and do 82k for every burst tik) with Yunjin its higher but I like Layla for safety
Wanderer and Fischl is a great combo for fighting those triangle boss and enemies. My team is usually Wanderer, Fischl, yanfei, and Dendro Traveler and just destroys it in less than a minute.
GUYS I HAVE A QUESTION: rn I have hu tao and raiden and I’m with their dmg but I also have c0 wanderer and he is kinda lackin and I only use him in casual stuff. Should I use my 100 pulls for his cons(or weapon but kokoweapon kinda sucks)? Or just wait for Fontaine characters? Edit:OH I also don’t have faruzan and plan to get xiao in the future

Tbh theyre both on equal priority. You have C6 faruzan so getting C2 or C3 wanderer isnt a bad choice. With C6 faruzan and wanderer with 130% ER it's very possible for him to burst every rotation. I dont have C2 but with 180% cdmg at talent lvl6 his burst deal a total of 60k-80k, so with C2 you can deal double than that, so 120k-160k. On the other hand, hutao are still a strong pick, and C1 hutao makes it easier to play her. But I heard from some hutao mains that you dont really need it because you can do jump cancel instead of dash cancel

Wrong, only a few characters are actually broken at c6, dont be fooled, c6 doesnt automatically make them broken, you still need good artifacts, weapon and team comp for them to 3 star abyss
Majority of C6 doesn't actually considered broken. Sure they are much stronger but to be considered as broken C6, you have to compare to other C6 since that's the same level of investment. C6 Wanderer is broken because one extra hit increase so many of his trait efficiency like straight up 40% DPS increase, guarantee a free dash every N3 combo, more elemental application to break shield. Lots of times C6 is just more damage but C6 Wanderer is considered as one of the most broken because its not just more damage

u can try replacing zhongli with Layla, giving wanderer extra crit rate and she shields pretty well too if you guys dont have zhongli 😁

@@noxccty6200 Wanderer synergizes pretty well with either, You get crit rate from Layla or atk% and pyro to swirl consistently with Thoma
@@noxccty6200 If you have at least C4 thoma then thoma are better because you can pair him with bennett to get pyro resonance and they can be a battery for each other so you'll have a smoother rotation. Otherwise use layla because she has a much stronger shield, can utilize millelith 4pc set and with xingqiu youll have even stronger shield and can freeze the enemies
Note that you'll need 180%~ ER on both of them (less with C4 thoma)

I have C2 R1 with about 90crt and 180crtdmg and BIS artifact... C6 Faruzan..
Either with Zhongli and Bennett or Yun Jin and his auto attacks in his skill is like 40k a piece.
Tho I don't have the savings for a c6 wanderer. I'm more than happy with my c1 wanderer. C6 faruzan was all I needed. At this point I'm pretty sure I'll go for every playable harbinger. They have a somewhat difficul playstyle but a satisfying one none the less.

Both are really good but I prefer wanderer for the insane attack speed and shred any shield in game 🔥
The thing with C6 Yelan is that it is technically better in the abyss, but a majority of people spend most of their time in the overworld.
C6 wanderer is just more consistent in terms of damage output. The fact that he's not burst reliant is just the cherry on top.
He's even element agnostic at C6. A C6 ayato or yelan can't do anything against hydro lectors or abyss mages. Same goes for most other elements. But at C6 you just get so many different sources of anemo application (A4 passive, normals, normal 2nd strikes) that any elemental shield goes down easily. I even beat floor 12-1-1 this abyss in 70 seconds with my C2 wanderer without a hydro character, just using wanderer's normals.
Not to mention his insane overworld utility. People don't know how crazy it is to just be able to FLY everywhere.
People always go on and on about abyss capabilities, and yeah they should because that's the absolute difficulty ceiling of this game, but when you spend a majority of your time in the overworld, Wanderer is just the best unit in the game. I cannot live without having him in a team anymore.

Yelan can’t clear the two hilichurl towers without her burst, nor can she destroy the hilichurl balloon. She can’t fly over rivers and overpasses, and she can’t destroy obstacles or catch a stray crystal fly. I’m not saying all this to shit on Yelan btw, I have her C1 and I actually use her and wanderer together in the overworld. I just think that community perception of wanderer is quite skewed because a lot of meta focused sources list him as a subpar hyper carry unit when imo he’s so much more than that

Hi, i know it's a little too late, but it's my exp from playing Wanderer C6 about 1 year:
1. Wanderer - Faruzan - Bennett - Zhongli: this's not the best dmg team, but the very most comfortable team to play.
2. Wanderer - Faruzan - Layla - Yelan: better than team 1 IF your Wanderer's lack of crit rate and your Layla've got C6, if not, team 1's better.
3. Wanderer - Faruzan - Xingqiu - Yelan: that my main team right now, the ulti of XIngqiu and Yelan, combine with Wanderer C6's speed atk...it like a machine gun :)))) Of course without the shiled, u need some dodging skill too :))

if i ever c6 a 5star it will probably be either wanderer or hutao, but most likely wanderer because of how much he can do without almost any support outside of a shield
and then c6 faruzan can just keep him buffed without even needing to build her on anything other than er, its just such an easy character to use against any enemy that isnt immune to anemo
get hu tao completely maxed and she does more dmg than this one and yelan and with the right playstyle

That c4 wanderer did like 14k per NA whereas my c0 does that and he isn't even crowned. 2150 atk with cr/cdm of 67.4/ 224.4
Mine's c0r1. Maybe it's because of the extra cdm. But then idt there's any need for a constellation other than c4 which grants him 3 buffs

Wanderer and Fischl is a great combo for fighting those triangle boss and enemies. My team is usually Wanderer, Fischl, yanfei, and Dendro Traveler and just destroys it in less than a minute.
It annoyed me so bad in this video that you barely charge attacked to activate his artifact set….
GUYS I HAVE A QUESTION: rn I have hu tao and raiden and I’m with their dmg but I also have c0 wanderer and he is kinda lackin and I only use him in casual stuff. Should I use my 100 pulls for his cons(or weapon but kokoweapon kinda sucks)? Or just wait for Fontaine characters?

So I'm currently at C1Wanderer rn before I got my Faruzan to C6 😂 and still have 14k primos. Which bring us to my question, is his C2 worth more than my already target C1 Hu Tao (I already have Homa but no Hu Tao btw sadge) or should I stop at this point?
Tbh theyre both on equal priority. You have C6 faruzan so getting C2 or C3 wanderer isnt a bad choice. With C6 faruzan and wanderer with 130% ER it's very possible for him to burst every rotation. I dont have C2 but with 180% cdmg at talent lvl6 his burst deal a total of 60k-80k, so with C2 you can deal double than that, so 120k-160k.
On the other hand, hutao are still a strong pick, and C1 hutao makes it easier to play her. But I heard from some hutao mains that you dont really need it because you can do jump cancel instead of dash cancel
