Well you know watching you play around with the quilting in the hoop, it does look pretty easy, I am going to give this a try, I do have a king size I’ll do eventually but sure a wall hanging would be perfect… 😊

I am doing a table runner with edge to edge quilting and I forgot to leave enough around the sides to hoop. So I basted on some scraps of cutaway and now I can hoop it, and then quickly remove the basting stitches and stabilizer. Great lesson, thank you.

Do you stitch in the ditch again to attach the backing?

No stitching it ditch if you doing all over quilting with the quilt sandwich …. But if you doing block by block method then yes you would need to stitch in ditch

The magnets are VERY strong, you just have to be VERY careful.

I use the two indentations on the teal top to help. But when doing quilting or terry towels I have no problem pinching my fingers because of the thickness of the towel or the layers of fabric and batting on a quilt.
