Something I learned recently. Keep the back of your napkins you use for decoupage. You can stamp on it and decoupage onto your project.
Thanks I do. Sometimes if I start using too many my family has to use them if I need to purchase kitchen napkins but they don’t mind.
You are really creative and I have really enjoyed your videos. I have heard that if you store your stamp pads upside down that they stay better and ready to use. I think I heard that on Ginger Chic. I believe her name is Yvonne here on you tube. If you haven’t watched her she is great to watch also. Have learned a lot about painting from her. You can fix all things with paint lol. I think your doing great!! ❤❤❤

I am happy you made it through your boot dilemma....LOL! I love the florals in the boot and wish I could find one like that at a thrift store. Everything turned out lovely! Tip for separating napkins: rub some glue stick on thumb and forefinger and pull napkin apart quickly and easily....no tape needed😄 Lisa is awesome, I agree!

I love the Victorian bootie! You know, I love that color (Ballet Pink) and I just used it for stenciling on my bedroom fan that I made over. It came out sweet. All your crafts are lovely, the bird cage, the suitcase, the staging. So, yes I look forward to when you replace the fabric in the suitcase. I have an old trunk I want to refinish, but the thing that is holding me up is not knowing how to handle the inside. Thank you for the video - have fun with your grand daughters! Enjoy~

Thanks LaVeta. That’s a great idea to put table legs on it. Great storage too. If you can’t find a ceramic boot, try using a thrifted boot, put paint primer on it, possibly stuff it with tissue, and it might work out good. Thanks for watching. 💕💕💕

When I first saw the boot I couldn’t see what could possibly be done to make it pretty , but I love what you’ve done with it ! I love the pink! I love the decoupaging ! I’m no authority on these projects ! I’m just starting to get into decoupaging but I think it’s perfect just the way it is ! You’ve done such a pretty job on it and I don’t think think you need to do anything else ! I love the little bird cage too !

I love, love, love the boot, I also lover the pink colour, it’s beautiful. I don’t think it needs anything else at all, it looks perfect now as it ids. I love the colour on the bird cage and the bird looks gorgeous with the roses on it. The suitcase, wow, that looks stunning. I adore old suitcases, I’m going to search for some. I love it open the way you had everything inside it and I also like it closed but my preference would be open. TFS your videos, I love your projects as much as I love Lisa’s projects.

The napkin that you used on the boot is GORGEOUS! I looked in your description box but did not see any listings for the items that you used in these DIY's. Love YOUR Victorian boot. Being a shabby chic bling creator, I would probably add some nail-sized rhinestones to the shoe laces and perhaps in the center of the flowers. Tiny little stones would give it a glamorous shimmer. I would also fill the inside of it and the little birdhouse with fairy lights. They add such a delicate feminine glow and are great as a night light for a bathroom or a cozy welcome in a guest bedroom. The little suitcase is adorable! Love the Vignette! They complement each other perfectly! In response to your questions about do I like little suitcases, I love anything BOXlike that I can use to store craft paper and materials that I work with. I create things that can be used for duo purposes. Lisa is one of my favorite crafters and since she recommended you I decided to come and check out your channel. I liked and subscribed. Loved the birdhouse. The boot, I would not add anymore in the way of script or pictures. I would use a darker pink wash in the depressions on the boot and around the laces to give it more depth. The vignette is beautiful

Both the boot and bird cage look great. If you want a little bit of green, for the boot, to go with the Sea Glass cage, maybe a blue feather or 2 stuck among the Flowers. ( A Peacock feather or similar)? If you add DT script put it on top of some of the pink flowers. Layer the script so it looks less busy.

Once in the vignettes, I really liked the pink boot just the way it is! I think it’s very pretty and as the saying goes, “less is more…”. BUT if you decide to add some transfers, please show us! Your vignettes are very pretty . I also enjoyed the fact that you shared some of your struggles. That helps me remember, “ It’s not just me!” THank you.

Beautifully done. The only thing I would have done to the boot is added white wax to soften the pink. There’s enough going on, on that boot…no need for more decals. You are very creative and I’m glad to follow you ♥♥

I like the boot as it is. You could stamp script onto blank napkin and decoupage that onto the boot instead of trying to stamp directly onto the boot if you really want to add something more to it.

The pink boot is great, but I would have left the green leaves attached to the pink flowers to make them stand out and add more color to the boot. I'd leave additional script off but go back and add the green leaves. Just my opinion. I love the suitcase too and prefer it open with all of the items displayed inside. I wish I could find one. I'll keep looking.

I like the boot but thought that maybe it would help the look if the laces and lace holes had some color. Possibly just a faint grey to go with the napkin. Just an idea.
