Brand new to reef tank so appreciated this video. I had a peaceful saltwater tank years ago with seahorses and a few other compatible fish, but thought the flow rate needed for coral would be to strong for the horses so never got corals. Now I have learned the seahorses I want are really much more tolerant and are reef safe so was gifted a set up from my husband and someone comes weekly to bring new specimens and clean my tank. That's only for now until I learn enough to be comfortable managing it myself. It's killing me because I want to manage it myself, so LOVE your informative videos. I did make the mistake(from what you say in this video) of purchasing a frag on my own from the store that sold the set up and introducing it to the tank without dipping it. He assured me it was totally clean and wouldn't introduce anything into the tank. It was a firework clove coral and luckily so far it looks healthy and no signs of a problem. Now I know not to do that from your video. Thanks! I'll keep watching and learning😊
