Your uploads make my day, Mike. I love binge watching your videos when my newborn is keeping me up at night, makes me feel just a little bit less tired and cranky to travel and eat vicariously through you.
I found the food in Barcelona to be not the best. That paella Mikey had didn't look legit - a bit wet, with sour cream or something, and not many ingredients. The squid and egg wasn't very appealing either.
Never eat in the touristic area in Barcelona (especially in La Boqueria), hella expensive and bad quality. I'm saying this as a Spaniard. Try to look for places where the local people eat, bc I assure you that no one who lives in Barcelona goes out to eat in La Boqueria.

Other than that visiting fish markets is probably a good bet. We have a lot of nice clean seafood and meat.
