Great lookin buck
Great job! Tough hunting for sure. Shows ghr reality of hunting. It ain’t always sunshine and rainbows. Koodos to getting in touch with the landowner. This video is exactly what honest hunting is about and more people should see it. Hardly any shot is ever perfect. Again great job!
Stalking antelope is not easy. Good job sticking with it. 👍🏹
Agreed! Persistence pays off.
Great content fellas. Keep it comin'!
Thanks for watching!
I'll be doing this hunt mid September this year, and can't wait! Nice job on the hunt and video.
Good luck!
Awesome video, next year draw rate 50%? 😂
Or this year. My dad and I applied, I drew and he didn't. Still looking forward to it. This video is getting me excited though!
What zone were you in?
thoughts on using a decoy?
I would use one. I feel like it would work
First off i love ON X own it and use it often its a great product, also have a Tacoma and camper setup love it, but when you guys are using flapper ("expandable") broad-heads and you wound them to death it's really embarrassing. Taking 60 yard shots on one of the fastest animals isn't smart. I suggest using a single bevel fixed blade head on a heavier arrow...also take shots that are closer to 20 yards than 60...that way when you finally hit one it will pass through and it wont matter how "low" or "forward" the shot is it will penetrate. And these animals will always jump the string when they have the opportunity so expect to not hit exactly where you are aiming especially at 60 yards. THIS WILL DRAMATICALLY change your experience compared to wounding one to death and having to watch it suffer like you did you will get a fast efficient kill. just try it if I'm wrong go back to your flapper and wound them to death. ALSO check out Ranch Fairy here on youtube he is getting popular and I think you could learn a lot.
don’t worry about it man there are worse ways for that antelope to die
