You will get the sparkle if you use the CUSTOM settings on the app. It seems like a lot of you tubers are down grating anker without exploring their custom EQ on the app.
This was definitely helpful. I have a fairly cramped desk setup, so I was interested in grabbing a wireless speaker like this just for casual video watching. Thanks for commenting the fact there isn't any delay with the audio and video playback!
Trust me in 2020 it is about Type C. We are 6 students living in a house & all of them have phones with Type C chargers. So we have to keep a seperate charger & cable just for the speakers
I bought new anker soundcore motion + . Good material quality. the tool is pretty heavy. Material Defect fingerprints remain on the surface of the buttons. The keys were a bit more visible and should have been in contrasting colors. The keys are hard pressed and seen, power needs to be consumed. I listened to spotfy and youtube offical videos for music on both PC and TV and made many settings. I also used the And app. For the equalizer adjustment selected in the application, the bluetooth feature of the phone should remain on constantly. Unfortunately, I couldn't hear the clear acoustic sound I wanted in the high-pitched music. I am surprised how other users like the treble. The bass is strong, it gets stronger when the extra bass is active. But let's give the movies their due, beautiful voices play, details are heard. It is even used instead of center or surround in sound systems at the beginning level. The last sound is not turned on indoors, it has a very loud voice.
Soundcore eq sound bad for me so i made 2 custom, 1 for day, with more bass and 1 for night. I own the Boom Plus and its too powergul for my room. So i bought 2xMotion Plus, they are amazing (with my custom eq!)
Ok wait , you compared the sound quality of the Motion lacking compared to in ear headphones? I’m sorry brother but not a hood analog for comparison and the fact that it is only 100 bucks and out preforms well out of its weight class, is a WOW factor!
Love the binaural mics! Regarding your point of bass phasing the mid cone.. absolutely.. well, a sub + 5 inch nearfields (of just the NFs) would be an ideal way to go: As you cut vid on a high level, carving your sounds on that level too will be great going forward to constantly AB your EQ choices and st. image. The Anker would work perfectly as a third reference to flick to as lots of listeners will be using devices with more of a central image focus so you'd have all bases* covered! I wonder if relatively central stereo image being a popular listening format for your viewers was a consideration when choosing the Anker as it's ideal as a reference point for that kind of system when ABing your sound mix? Handy! *Bases lol 🎼🔉
I recently got two of these for surround sound. I'm thinking of just keeping 1 and getting stationary PC speakers like Bose companion 2 series 3 for my PC.
Yoo so I wasn't the only fella who was a little bummed out when I first listened to it.. Still tuning my EQ settings as of now and am more or less happy with it already, still do wish it could be a little more forward sounding. But ngl.. for the price at least nothing is really close at all, for $85 I suppose it is money well spent. The latency especially really is crazy good. I've got apt-x and ldac headphones which don't even come close to the Motion +'s minimal latency. Also didn't know I could connect two devices at once haha, gonna try that with my unit!
Are you using latest firmware / software? Mine saves ally setting. Also, they don't advertise the mic, and that's for good reason - it's horrible. I bought 2 of these - they are my go to beach speakers and cut through the wind quite well. Maybe best outdoor but not indoor portable speaker.
Hi - just stumbled on this and I'm wondering where you would place the motion+ compared to the SoundLink mini 2 (or revolve)? I'm having trouble deciding between all three and your input would be greatly appreciated.
get anker A3145 bluetooth speaker if you want more extra bass that anker A3116 don,t have extra bass it just for soundcore good for gamers and watching movie , anker A3145 is for music Techno and hiphop it got more turbo bass
Well that took a turn south. I thought this was going to be a better result for your ranking. Seems like it started off good for you but later on you started to see some bad points that stopped this from being something special for you. Sorry it didn’t work out as well as you hoped buddy. I will say the A2 are more for accuracy than bass and if you like bass that might not be your cup of tea.

He lookin like he could be the son of JimsReviewRoom
LOL!! Oh man...I don't think I'd love speakers as much as jim xD
😂😂😂
Hahahaaa
I use this speaker, it’s almost too loud 😂😂😂 30 W of power. It’s just awesome for music.
It’s a sleeper speaker
By the way you nailed the audiophile perspective.
Wow! Binaural recording!? You’re the real deal!
Still using them as my main desktop speaker today :))
I think you need to change according to custom eq because it gets really good with that.

Glad I could help!
Kills jbl as an offering.
Jbl had exposed c port.
Flip still doesn't have BT.5.
Their extreme 2 still has no usb c.
True that!
Dude is it really only about the type c?😂

You should try the tribit branded stuff on amazon. Sounds better than most the things under $150
I'll check it out! :)
Can you keep in plugged into power the whole time or does it not work when charging?

Haha thanks my dude, this was a fun one indeed :)
Have you ever tried the LG PK7 or PK5? do you prefer any of them over this one?
How is the bass compare to flip4? Iam a bass lover
I have 2 of the Motion+ speakers and synced together they are fabulous Sound is great the pair are the best.
@Sam How far apart do you have them? Any connection issues? I have one and considering a second.

Does it float?
The contents of my bowels float.
Are you experiencing any audio hiss at low volume levels? There are reports of that.
No hiss for me at lower volumes...is that really a thing?? Or did I lose my hearing in those frequencies...xD
@Bud Fox: Change your device through which you are playing it.

Notification gang checking in!!! How's the latency for editing ?! Or is it just good for music (:
YoyoyO! I wouldn't use it for editing, it does that quiet to loud thing in the beginning when you start clips (like all bluetooth speakers)
do you need headshots? because I'm looking to build my portfolio! also, when is the youtube meeting?!
Me when MY BOY Mike comes in clutch with ANOTHER tech video: YOOO YOOOOOOOOOO

It's not true that it doesn't have a delay while watching media
