gee well done , so nice to see some one that knows what there doing and doing a really really good job. In fact that is the best that i have seen, good luck to you, again what a good job you did on that machine.
Good video. I would be concerned about getting the top of the water level probe and molex wire connector wet. Not sure about this model but many Manitowoc water pumps can be removed without tools as well and have the input screen and impellers cleaned.
Informative video, I like the step by step process. A few things I noted, and would like to share. 1) The thumb screws shouldn't need to be removed, but rather backed out enough so you can remove the distribution tube. 2) When you removed the items to be cleaned, you didn't mention the water pump, I've always removed it in the same fashion as the water level probe, clean and put back. 3) You cleaned the sides of the machine with the sanitizer and soft bristle brush, but then wiped it with a clean rag, some sanitizers say "allow to air dry", wouldn't wiping it (even with a clean rag) just introduce new bacteria? Thanks for video.
How do I get the black dirty looking stuff out of my evaporator coils I ran a ice machine clear through it what is the best kind to use also the could are hard to clean is there a special brush for cleaning that or should the cleaning solution get it off I need help what can I use to get that cleaned
Hold up! Where does the water with the chemical cleaner and sanitizer go during the cleaning cycle? and why did you not wipe out the ice bay or check it for mold?

Great training video. The gentleman was very thorough and very knowledgeable about this piece of equipment.
Very detailed demo. Thanks for pointing out about wearing Safety Glasses and Do Not Mix Cleaner with Sanitizer.
Its been a long time since I cleaned a manitawac ice machine great video
Finally a video without heavy opening and closing production or annoying distracting background music. Two thumbs up!
thanks for not adding music to the video. very good.
Good video.

Very nice video!

I have a heavy iron build up on my Manitowoc ice machine - what can I use to safely (Nichol plating ) remove it with out damaging the Nichol ?
Heavy iron meaning rust or rust stained plastics? If so, the scaler were will remove the stains and deposits

Some people do half the job for double the price
Out the purge or dump valve. Then the inlet water solenoid opens. This repeats many times during the cleaning cycle
thxs great video
Nice video, but what about cleaning the bin?
18:45 he said once a year to clean the bin with the sanitizer solution.
i was told to never pour the cleaner or sanitizer directly on to the bridge but rather pour it into the water distributor?????/
Where's your cloves not very hygienic buddy.
