    Beef is ridiculously expensive, sadly. Maybe if they stopped un aliving thousands of cattle at beef yards for no reason we wouldn’t be paying so much. Same with the chicken hatcheries.

    Your videos always makes my mouth water! I love my sister's hamburger soup. I don't have a pressure cooker, I priced them and am too nervous to invest all that money for something I've never done. My mil showed me once how to can tomato juice but half the jars didn't seal and I never tried again. That was35+ years ago!
    I do admire your skills!

    Your canning videos make it seem almost possible. Our mother made it seem scary and wouldn't let us be around it so that not even my chef brother knew how to can. She thought he should have learned that in culinary school, but it wasn't addressed there.

    Here in mountains of Ga. Ground chuck over $ 5.00 only buy from a small grocery store so I wait till it goes on sale for $3.98 Steaks 16.99 on sale . I love your videos.❤️

      The general guidance is to use what you can within a year, but this is a guideline and not a rule. After a year you lose a little nutritional value, but if it is prepared correctly and seals it can be kept for years and is perfectly safe to eat.
