@@montecristosmith2343 Technically yes, but they are literally called "Black Heiho" (the japanese name for Shy Guy) in Japan, so it's not like there's a lot to argue about there, they are just Black Shy Guys that were translated weird.
Tip: If you wanna defeat Rawk Hawk faster, then before you start the match, select Baby Yoshi, then go to the item shop and buy 2 Power Punches. Then when the match starts use the power punches on both Mario and Baby Yoshi, then you can beat Rawk Hawk in 2 or 3 rounds

Yeah, that confused me too. I could have sworn that in the original, Rawk Hawk atleast had additional attack stats. But I guess that was left out.
