Hope you have been feeling better lately. The cats squatting on the balcony was so cute. And I enjoyed The Late Americans - how ridiculously intense the workshops were and how seriously everyone took themselves, though I did have problems with it. The shell dish is lush.

I've been following an Italian influencer that is very vocal about endometriosis, Giorgia Solari. She regularly speaks about how her diagnosis and chronic illnesses impact her life. She had surgery for endo last year I think, and she said it improved her life but didn't eliminate the issue. There's a huge endo center in northern Italy called Negrar hospital and a Dr. called Chiara Marragin who's the best endo specialist according to patient experiences. I know you mentioned that you're not in a place to research answers abroad now, but I thought I'd mention it just in case
