As an aside, I watched 24 hrs in Police custody yesterday, a siege in Bedford. While I don't condone the 2 fools who caused the chaos, I did notice some disturbing Police trends: 1) At some point one of the fools fired a shot from a "rifle" (which I had immediately thought was an air rifle) at a Police car, it hit the window. The police officer who it was claimed they shot at said he was pretty sure he saw a muzzle flash from the weapon, ergo it was a bona fide firearm. 2) He also said that specialist firearms officers had heard the "pop" and these "experts" had confirmed to him it wasn't an air rifle, but a bona fide firearm. 3) One of the said "experts" examined the damage to the car windshield and "confirmed" it was a 22 bullet, NOT an air rifle pellet. All of this would presumably lead to an authorisation to allow a shoot to kill order. 4) In the next scene, the female officer said "we don't have the PELLET, it must have fallen out of the windshield when the car was DRIVEN back." You can see what I'm getting at - you can't trust ANYTHING any of the "official" organisations tell you, they are ALL liars, making sheet up to meet their own ends. I know that's random, but it just struck me as another example of nonsense on top of this nonsense.
Starmer's judgement in question? When a man is unable to state what a woman is, that a woman is an adult natal female, then his mental confusion is such as to call into question his tenuous grasp of reality (which is empirical unarguable fact) let alone his judgement which is a matter of opinion and choice. Let alone a Prime Minister (give me strength🤬)
Don’t forget that despite resigning, she’ll still get a considerably larger pension for being a minister regardless of how short her term of office was.
So... she is mugged and reports her phone stolen, later finding it and reports she was mistaken. Or... she claims it was stolen, switches it on to use it, it is detected, the police call her in and she goes "no comment"? There is enough evidence for her to be charged and she is advised to plead guilty because... presumably she was advised that she would lose the case if she tried pleading not guilty? This is standard advice, plead guilty and get a lower sentence rather than trying to fight a lost cause and getting a higher sentence. All sounds rather iffy. If it was a genuine mistake, why go guilty?
As judge of character was in question I'm curious to know who held the role of CPS during the Al fayed allegations in 2008 ....just a thought...thankyou for your honest and frankly invaluable attention to details that could keep us from the hand of our masters and owners 👍
Company phone apparently. Seems it may have been a simple ploy to get a later, better phone from the company while keeping the "stolen" handset as a back-up.
The only way you would plead guilty is if you were guilty and your lawyer thought you were digging yourself into a hole, and you then realised that you had lied and were getting yourself into a deeper hole. An innocent person would fight for their innocence, I know I would.

This is how it goes. She had an old mobile phone and wanted a new smart phone She made up a story of how she had been mugged, in order to get new smart phone. Her employer then gave her a new smart phone. She then decided to make use of her old phone and switched it which activated a signal. The Police became involved and she was subsequently charged and her employer sacked her. Her plan had clearly backfired as she was found out. Surely the fact that she had a criminal record should have been disclosed before she was considered for selection as an MP. There was clear intention here for her to commit fraud. Why didn't she just call the police on another phone and tell them that she's recovered her phone and they would have just updated her case.
Why did she leave the insurance company that owned the phone
Next Starmer gone...

Starmers going nowhere, he's got an entire country to put back into the stone age.
Allegedly she had past insurance fraud history?😮
There's a surprise....
His past tells us who he is. From my limited history expertise, I don't think a marxist will give a hoot what we think about his judgement.

Was the phone the only reason for the resignation?
I thought being a lying crook was a necessity to be a part of the labour cabinet!!
She was disingenuous in her resignation. She should resign as an MP and call a Bi-election lets see how Liebour does then
Not gonna happen
It's By-election not Bi-election
@@robertburrows6612If its Labour its Bi.
If it was a mistake she would not have been charged with a criminal offence. It was criminal dishonesty.
She'd had numerous work phones lost or stolen previously apparently, hence aviva finally looked into this
It's funny how when this government is found to be at fault it's always someone else who is to blame. It was the barrister's fault, her sister's fault, the mugger's fault - she did nothing wrong, she did everything correctly!
Imagine most people would call your employer and then the police. Seems a strange situation when the police took it to court. Could they have given her a caution for a stupid mistake? So might be more to it than she is lamenting
As an aside, I watched 24 hrs in Police custody yesterday, a siege in Bedford. While I don't condone the 2 fools who caused the chaos, I did notice some disturbing Police trends:
1) At some point one of the fools fired a shot from a "rifle" (which I had immediately thought was an air rifle) at a Police car, it hit the window.
4) In the next scene, the female officer said "we don't have the PELLET, it must have fallen out of the windshield when the car was DRIVEN back."
You can see what I'm getting at - you can't trust ANYTHING any of the "official" organisations tell you, they are ALL liars, making sheet up to meet their own ends.
I know that's random, but it just struck me as another example of nonsense on top of this nonsense.
Rimfire rounds don’t flash at the muzzle
Starmer's judgement in question?
When a man is unable to state what a woman is, that a woman is an adult natal female, then his mental confusion is such as to call into question his tenuous grasp of reality (which is empirical unarguable fact) let alone his judgement which is a matter of opinion and choice.
Let alone a Prime Minister (give me strength🤬)
Why is it terrifying as a24yr old woman…? Is it’s not just terrifying?
Don’t forget that despite resigning, she’ll still get a considerably larger pension for being a minister regardless of how short her term of office was.
She should resign as an MP as well and let her constituents see if they believe what she’s said by having a by-election.
She lied about getting mugged to get a better phone from her employer.
She's a lying bastard
She is lying, you cannot commit an offence under the Fraud Act without making a dishonest representation and not make a gain.
It sounds very dodgy, a government of dubious reputations., 🤡🤡🤡🤡Thank you Daniel
In the subsequent months, 401 Labour MPs remembered that they had 'accidentally' broken the law and resigned from the party.

So... she is mugged and reports her phone stolen, later finding it and reports she was mistaken. Or... she claims it was stolen, switches it on to use it, it is detected, the police call her in and she goes "no comment"?
There is enough evidence for her to be charged and she is advised to plead guilty because... presumably she was advised that she would lose the case if she tried pleading not guilty? This is standard advice, plead guilty and get a lower sentence rather than trying to fight a lost cause and getting a higher sentence.
All sounds rather iffy. If it was a genuine mistake, why go guilty?
She waz after an upgrade on her 'phone?
Lawbreakers can not be lawmakers!
This government is unbelievablely hypocritical
When I've been targeted by thugs in public, usually the items stolen magically end up back in my living room.
If you believe her, the police not only investigated a stolen mobile phone, they successfully found a mobile phone that wasn't stolen 😂
BLASPHEMY LAWS IN THE UK HELL NO
As judge of character was in question I'm curious to know who held the role of CPS during the Al fayed allegations in 2008 ....just a thought...thankyou for your honest and frankly invaluable attention to details that could keep us from the hand of our masters and owners 👍
Had she claimed with insurance ? And thus needed a police report, i wonder.
Company phone apparently. Seems it may have been a simple ploy to get a later, better phone from the company while keeping the "stolen" handset as a back-up.
She was born 1987 so was 26 in 2013 when she said she was mugged
Maybe she is confusing an earlier occasion when she used the same scam to get a better phone?
Always thank you for your unbiased views and your perspective on all things these days which we need more than ever these days.
How on earth did she get to become an mp with this fraud conviction
The only way you would plead guilty is if you were guilty and your lawyer thought you were digging yourself into a hole, and you then realised that you had lied and were getting yourself into a deeper hole.
An innocent person would fight for their innocence, I know I would.
Unless you were standing for election in just a few months time, so wanted to get the whole thing done, dusted (and buried) as quietly as possible, rather than have it all being dealt with during your election campaign..?
Could have been worse, she might have been Chancellor of the Exchequer.
She dresses like a kids entertainer, all she needs now is to start making balloon animals.
Oh God .. keep her away from kids.

More lies from this Labour government. Keep signing the petition people.
If every MP with a dubious past, including such things as credit denial, bankruptcy, criminal offences etc., were to resign. I suggest that we'd have no government sand very few MPs.
With that blasted across the media it’s unlikely that the few remaining employers in the UK will be hiring on for that type of skill.

That's not the only one, he's made a whole career out of defending the worst of humanity.
I believe that you are the best person to do this.
Of course, if she was a Tory minister, she’d have been promoted!
This is how it goes.
She had an old mobile phone and wanted a new smart phone
She made up a story of how she had been mugged, in order to get new smart phone.
She should be recalled and a by-election should be held.
