Most friendships start as a slow build made from interests or shared and frequent space and are tested through strife. Most make it out of the rough patches because with time comes growth in communication. But the BINI had to start from forced group isolation and grow bonds exponentially through relationship building while still going through puberty. Like most of them probably didn't even have the skills for conflict-resolution yet. I was a Kpop fan in the 2004 to 2012 era and I never considered the psychology of all this but through BINI I get to consider it differently (that and I teach teenagers now as an adult) and I find their relationships with one another so fascinating.

I'm going through breakdown rn while listening to them, relate ako sa lahat ng scenario pero mas nakaka heartfelt yung part na nag ask sa isa't isa si master jho and colet naranasan ko na rin kasi mag karon ng matinding away with my friend, yung tipong parang hindi na kami magiging mag kaibigan ulit na never na magiging katulad before yung bond namin ganun. Kakaiba kasi talaga kapag yung mismong kaibigan mo ba yung naka argue mo tapos nakakasama mo pa in person. Kapag nandun ka na kasi sa situation na yun sobrang nakaka nervous na ewan kasi hindi mo alam kung paano kayo maaayos ulit kagaya nung before, need lang talaga mag pakumbaba sa isa't isa para umayos ang lahat. In my opinion, hindi mo pa talaga masasabi na kaibigan mo yung isang tao kung hindi mo pa nakikita yung totoong ugali niya kapag hindi niyo pa nararanasan mag away. Doon ka rin kasi makakakuha ng lessons and malalaman mo rin kung ano yung kailangan niyong baguhin para maging strong and mag grow yung pag kakaibigan niyo, si Colet daw kasi straight forward (base sa question kay maloi sa isang vid) siguro nung time na yun baka sinabi ni colet yung mga hinanaing niya kay jho kaya sila nag kasagutan. For me, I fall in love with other people's efforts. Confident akong kaya kong ma-fall sa taong mahal ako (if they do it the way I love). I prefer the feeling of being LOVED kaysa GIVING LOVE. Although yes, nothing beats the feeling of receiving love from the people you loves.
Perhaps, wala lang talaga siguro akong confidence to make other people love me and also to stay inlove despite recieving nothing.
BUT, in the end, I believe that love should be two-way. It feels wrong or shameless kung minamahal lang ako tas wala akong binibigay in return (because I believe in give and take) and it feels dumb to love someone who can't love you back (kasi ika nga, why settle for less than you deserve?).

For me, naranasan ko na yung "Mahal ko" , ang masasabi ko lng, sa simula lng masaya yan pero sa dulo,maiiwan ka lang sa ere at masasaktan ka lng ng malala. kasi in the end, hindi ko naman nilalahat, pero in the end d natin maiiwasang hindi talaga magkakagusto ang mahal mo sa iyo. swerte ka nlng talaga kung magkakagusto na din yung taong mahal mo sa iyo. So for me, pipiliin ko yung "Mahal ako". Kasi it may be uncomfortable sa una, pero as time passby, you still have the right to reconsider and to choose to likeback that person . it may be selfish but as what everyone says, you should love and take care of yourself at mas pipiliin kong iwasan masaktan ng sobra para sa sarili ko.
