Very cool . Cw. Guy a work in machine shop made own still dont right made me some 30cal in tge didnt work with my lee sizer well. He said his they worked but not running lee. Iv went to sage outdoors and pick up bg full of his 358 ones for .35cal bullets. I may order some 30cal in .401 flats. We barely run 0.014 down work out of 110 . Comes through copper sheets once a blue moon .

That will be almost same cost initially, but much cheaper when ya need a second or third caliber. So, the first time, ya buy everything. Next time ya only need purchase smaller cheaper parts put into existing die.

Making my own gas checks has been on my list of things to do for a long time. The only time that I get serious about it, though, is when I have to order a box of overpriced factory checks! Im gonna have to look him up and see how close he is to me. Another project for one of these days! Thanks for sharing! Rat
4:59 Just ordered 250 to try!!!! Whoo hooo!!! Looks like aluminum is the only option. Debating on GCing over my current PCd boolits and running them through my lee sizer to seat them. Then I'll PC another coat to add 2,000th diameter and give em a try. Figured the PC over the GC will lock them in place. Wouldn't want one coming off and kissing another round coming out. Hopefully it keeps me from leading with my soft HP cast in the factory barrel. I've tried 3 different alloys a thousands over PCd and get light streaking after a dozen rounds or less. Loaded up a few with with an extra coat of PC after sizing but ever tried them. It added a other 2,000th diameter.
@@tripplebeards3427 they are fitting nicely. Yes alum is good. Sizes well as long as bullets not too hard. Thisbis why I like to size right after cast.
