If I remove the subwoofer I will be able to use something to hit the emergency release for my trunk right I can't hit it from the hole In rear seat because I have a subwoofer box in the way I'm pretty sure this video just saved me from having to take my car to a mechanic to get my trunk open thanks saved me moneyyyyy
There's a way 2 take the grill of instead of the way this video shows however it is very helpful. I used to have a99 sls &replaced the sub with a 12 in. Sony xplod by only removing the metal grill. However looking@this video& my 06 trunk i feel this is a lil different& may be a 10 in. Subwoofer. However when there's a Will there is a way. When i figure the 06 model dts subwoofer removal out I will post for whoever may need it. ✌ Once again thank u4 sharing ur video i didn't even know ne thing about that. Do you have access space to the trunk behind the cotton liner? I locked my keys in the trunk and I have a, sub box in the way. Trying to go through the back seat to get them. Near the release hatch.
Also have to take the rear deck lid and backseat off anyways to put sound deadening mat everywhere anyways I'm getting alot of rattle from my rear deck lid

Mines inverted, 07dts. Came out in trunk with 4 screws. Lol
