I love Dragon's Blood!!
Hi Sarah, yes it's a great natural scent, have a great weekend
I like these very much. I like all the different types of soaps, even a mix of the types, as far as scents and colors. I can imagine the fragrance coming off of these bars. Yummm!
Cheers and Blessings
💕👍💕
Hi Cheryl, I know what you mean, I too love many blends, big hugs
I love dragon’s blood. Very nice looking soap Patrick. Thank you for sharing and stay well everyone
Thanks Donna, all my best
No apology necessary. I like the natural color.
Thank you, very much appreciated
5:46 Bomb recipe👈👍
I would love it! It is beautiful soap 💚💛
Thank you, I really appreciate it
This is exactly what I’m looking for. I knew you would have a video I could reference. I won’t use your recipe but thank you 🙏🏽 I love your videos!
Thank you sir :)
Beautiful! I’d call that super traditional! Some Dragon’s Blood types are redder than others, but this could be appreciated as well!
That's very kind of you. Thank you so much! Please have a great weekend
@@SoapyOaksFarm 🌷🤞🏽🫂
I adore Dragon's Blood & the earthy fragrances! What a beautiful bar!!
You are very kind, thanks so much
I did not know it came from a resin, I learn something new every time I visit your channel, I love the shades of the swirls
Thanks so much 😊
Nice job on showing the dragons blood resin and your whole process! A beautiful natural soap! Blessings ❤️
Hi Cynthia, thank you my friend, I hope you are well.
VERY clever, Patrick! Musk goes very well with this kind of soap! The final result is VERY beautiful! 🤩
Thank you! Cheers!
I love dragon’s blood! I like mixing the resin with other herbs, making incense.
May i ask where do you order the Dragon’s blood love to try as incense how you do it? Please and thank you
Hi, i got mine from an herb store, but you can find it online mountainroseherbs.com/dragons-blood-resin Thanks so much
Hi Maddie, isn't it fun? Thanks so much
This was a very interesting soap video, I had no idea the first and original Dragons Blood was a resin. I love to see and learn new things. Great soap Patrick.
Hi there Tanya, isn't it fascinating, I love nature :)
Dragon's blood is my favourite resin to burn. I love the fragrance. Sounds like your blend is going to smell awesome! And it's very pretty 😊
Oh yes, it's so invigorating, nice to see you Janna
Hi Patrick, I’m new to your channel and I love it here lol. I’m a new subscriber and I’m pretty much watching all your videos 🥰 Keep up the good work. I’m a new soap maker and use essential oils and natural colors too. Your channel is right up my alley. Love your energy.
Hi there, thanks so much for visiting, it's great having you here. Welcome to the world of soaping, there is always room for new friends.
Love the natural color 💞 I'm sure it smells amazing 😍
I use dragon's blood resin in my serums and lotions
This is so awesome 🙏🏾💙👑
Hi Grizz, thanks for that, I really do appreciate it.
I really love this soap. It has beautiful colours and from your suds test it looks like it darkened beautifully. I would love to see a Dragon Blood tree in its natural landscape. I have seen one in a botanical garden but that's not quite the same.
This is very interesting. Dragons blood 🩸 made from a palm tree resin and somewhat smells like sandalwood? Wow! And the color changes from that grayish color to a beautiful red color. The patchouli and sandalwood oils sound like a nice addition to the soap. Thank you Patrick for your video teachings, it’s so fun. Contrasting with the charcoal will add a nice touch. Wow! It sure lightened up a bit once it dried. It came out great naturally colored. I can imagine the scent. 🥰 Thank you for another learning experience Patrick.
I just love how you continue to find creative ways to get natural colors into your soap!
Hey Eric, thanks so much, please have a wonderful day
Thank you for all of your wonderful tips and knowledge. You are one of the main reasons I began on my soap journey and I love it! Thank thank you!
I love it its natural not excuses its all natural
Thanks Much Michelle
Dragon's blood is one of my favorites! Love the muted colors Patrick! I always prefer the natural color to micas.
Thank you Karen, I hope you are having a great weekend
Hi Patrick. Another stunning soap and I had no idea that Dragon's Blood was a resin. I have seen it used by soapmakers out of a bottle and most had a problem with it accelerating. Beautifully done here. Big hugs my friend, I hope the latest bad weather did not cause you more problems, and of course tickles to all the critters. X x x
Hi Kath, thanks so much, it's been much better weather wise. I hope you are well too. Big hugs to you and Ken
I like dragon's blood scent, but I didn't know you could use it in soap. Thank you Patrick for this lovely video. The soap looks beautiful ❤️
Hi there, it's very neutral in regard to sensitivity on the resin scale, which makes it a very nice addition.
I love love unique ingredients for soap! These really are nice looking soaps.
Thank you so much Shonna
Hi patrick
Hi there Michelle, are you same person that used to go by "Chelle"? Thanks so much
@@SoapyOaksFarm yes patrick i won 1 of your contest i had to make a new youtube lol
Oh good. No Eye of Newt, feather of a Raven, or claws of Cats! Not the kind of soap I want to try with those ingredients! 😆
Hi Joan, but just a dash of frog's breath and worm's wart
How bold and disrespectful of you to assume and suggest that it's for "new age" witches only even though, in my culture, this resin has been used since the beginning of times and not by witches wannabes ,but by very serious priestesses/mothers ,who are given the gift to guard and protect it and to never expose it to this world's unworthy creatures! I guarantee you, even tho I'm much younger than you, I know about this resin more than you ever would..
isn't it wonderful we live in a free world where we can all believe what we choose. All my best to you.
Hey friend, where do you get your dragon's blood, I've been looking for some. Do you have a link?
Also dragon's blood dissolves in oil.
hi there, this is from an herb shop in Gilmore Texas, but you can purchase it online at Amazon or other suppliers like Mountain Rose here: mountainroseherbs.com/dragons-blood-resin
@@SoapyOaksFarm thank you
Beautiful. Why I'm i not your neighbour?
how much activated charcoal do you use pp to ensure no bleeding? I struggle with this alot.
Do you do SF in your mix? Is the oil that you dissolve the resin part of your recipe oils or is it additional..
Hi Esma, to be honest I just "eye" it when am adding Charcoal dependent on the size of the batch. Yes I generally always SF 5-7% and yes the oils I use in the infusion (example 3 oz) are deducted from the overall oil. Thanks so much.
@@SoapyOaksFarm Thank you very much Patrick. Continue being a blessing.
