I wished I could have seen how impacted it was before spraying the cleaner. I bet the water made an impact on that dirt already, unless there was real low water pressure to the hose. That would impact the cleaning with water only substantially!
Great video. I have the exact same issue. Clean on outside but shooting water thru results in minimal water making it so inside coil fins are clogged. Will clean asap. What are the guidelines on the temperature delta expected? I get 115-120 deg from fan on a 98 deg Texas day.
I cleaned my evaporator coils today and noticed the fan when the unit cuts on starts slowly and then in a few seconds turn at full speed. Is this normal?
An amateur question I know , but I don't have any slack in my motor wire , not even enough to flip the lid upside down. I guess I have to disconnect and pull the wires through ? That's not easy when I can only raise the lid 3".
I realize you don't have any control over what the Viper Brite foam dispenser costs, but does anyone know where I can buy it for less than almost $90? Great video BTW.
I cleaned mine today but I left the cage on it for now next time I want to take it off and clean it all around I think I did okay. I rinsed the inside out and sprayed all the stuff on the outside down in the holes at the bottom not everything got out but almost its a lot colder inside the house now. I wish I knew how to take off the fan I didn't see a way to do that though next time I will look a little better.
That's actually a good thing. If the coil is clogged it can't dumped the heat it's removing from the conditioned space. After you clean the coil and the fan is blowing hotter air it's doing its intended job.
you put the thermometer on the sun first and then later on the shadow. i am not a rocket scientist but i am sure that will make a difference even if you didnt cleaned the coils
about to go do this on a unit this afternoon hope to see the same results you got! Nice to see the Viper stuff in action.
I was extraordinarily impacted by this impactful video about the heavily impacted condenser coil which negatively impacted the head pressure.
Hahaha! Nice
What about impacted fecal matter?
Hmm, I haven't watched this video yet but I suspect they say impact alot

Wtf
Damn when i worked for a huge resi AC company I used the tool belt like your man here is doing. Super efficient.
Excellent vid...you're the only one I've seen show the temp differential...good job 👏 👍
Love the videos, however that temp probe on top was in direct sunlight and at the end I couldn’t help but notice it was in shade.

Just cleaned mine and im getting an e7 error code on my diakin mini split unit nothing blocking fan motors any idea?
How come u didnt use the wire brush?? Great video

are you measuring temperature or pressure?

How does speeding through the teardown teach anything
That coil cleaner seems amazing...

Did you ever figure out how to take the fan out. Found this video ruclips.net/video/HAIXiCDuEWI/видео.html
@@michalgermain4483 The compressor went so needed a whole new unit. I did figure out the fan though it was just too late lol
Great work
What happens if you get the condenser cleaned and then the air is now coming out warmer than it was before?
You ever figure out why air warmer?

This would indicate you are low on refrigerant and have a leak. If the supply air INSIDE the house is warmer after coil cleaning.
use clean water next time
Thanks 🤟🏾
Impacted.
Should've protected that white wall.

I thought I was the only one that noticed. Direct sunlight temp. vs shade temp.
It is important to clean it though. Along with the evaporator coil
Thanks for not saying much
That advertisement though! Worst use of a fin comb I’ve ever seen.
Stop saying impacted that the wrong word.
