"I didn't see it as a problem, therefore I didn't really do anything to fix it" - So true, as soon as you realize that you aren't doing it right, you have done the hardest part. Keep up the good work❤
Thank you so much Mike , last year i watched your videos and followed your instructions and my gpa went up like crazy . I was in the end of my batch for 4 semesters and for the last 2 semesters I'm on the honor list ❤ again thank you so much you have no idea how you changed my life for the better❤❤❤
HI Mike, Love your initiative of constantly reminding us to not let down... I've been following u for 1 1/2 year and it has really helped...so just wanna say thanks.
Can you please do more videos on burn outs and self-sabotage in college students? I'm desperate here since it seems like I'm putting more effort in distracting myself than in making myself sit and start studying. I'm in vet school now and to give my pharmacology finals tomorrow but I'm finding it terribly hard to focus now. Everything was fine in freshman yr before the 1&1/2 yr long break due to covid. I used to be in the top 3% in class but now after coming back to campus last yr(got avg scores with last minute studying in last yr's finals), it's ljke some part of my brain has stopped functioning. Can't focus at all even after knowing I might even fail my exams if I don't study now. I've no problem concentrating in class though. But since I'm from a place with no access to public study areas or library facilities after school hours, I'm confined to my hostel room for the rest of the day which is where I lose every ounce of my self discipline and wasted hours on end. Since you seem to make content on problems we students actually face, what'd be your suggestion to someone going through my situation? Can you please let ne know what it might be and how I can get out of this year and a half long rut?
I don’t understand the failure part whenever I fail I can’t turn it into motivation I fall in a rabbit hole and you make it sound easy but it just feels like every failure that happen it contribute to another failure

Yep I completely agree. It's so easy to procrastinate long-term, for months or even years, and not even realise how detrimental it is to your life.
Trying to beat procrastination for five months and am improving. Thanks to you Mike👍👍👍

Till now procrastination was controlling me now I am going to control procrastination 😊
If you can maintain it long-term, it's one of the best skills you can learn. Learning how to control/manage procrastination.
