What happens the U.S. Servers where the game starts and ends in the lobby happens on au servers too. It's not all the servers that are glitches it may be that u r joining the beta servers and they can be glitchy not all just the beta servers

i think he uses fraps and it gives you the option of locking your framerate at a certain frame.
He has the fps limited to 180. His computer performs up to 300 fps. there is not trick, just graphics card.

go to minecraft options, then in there go to video settings then set max framerate
