Great 2024 year wrap up for the new age investor! My uncle was Vice President of Merrill Lynch in Florida in the 80s and 90's, if he could only see the landscape now! He is rolling in his grave daily I am sure. Short the Bloom Terminal! Love that. Hate Bloomberg and that looped music used to make me want to die in the mornings. Marty, the US doesn't need more regulation, they just need to prosecute the criminals for the violations of the laws that are already there. More regulation = more government control -> more tax on real production. Free market, sound money -> incentivization of real productivity -> more wealth in society. I don't just want to be the 1 rich guy in my community. I want to build community by paring down the worst real criminal syndicates which call themselves "government".

My opinion is XAI208 breaks 1, perhaps reaches 10 ATH, if conditions are right. But broader forces are at play now. We’re moving into really unknown territory. And these entities are shrewd. I think there’s massive manipulation ahead. If XAI208 survives that, well, we’re likely in for a good pump.

It's crazy the way some people or "analysts" look at charts expecting them just repeat over time. Charts only tell you what happened not necessarily what will happen.
Dear James, could you give a bit more info on the cold wallet situation in Europe? Do the rules highlighted in today's episode also influence general cold storage of your BTC and transferring it back onto an exchange to cash in for example? Can be done right? No changes there?

In Satoshi! b)This procedure may take up to four days....imagine you trying to move larger sums quickly in the bull run. (It’s taken me 250 questions and answers to get it right) So my suggestion would be to open CoPilot or ChatGPT and start asking it questions in the direction you want to go - from those onto platforms that build Virtual Assistants (Agent gets my goat - sounds like Agent Smith and Mr Anderson!). As long as you know what you want from it and keep asking / pivoting, you’ll make it work. PS - I’ve heard of these in the last week or two and am about to do the same - just ask and experiment…

Around 20:00 Marty’s view is solid. Step back and look at long view - regulation is definitely required - it just needs to be scrutinised and managed for the honest purpose of protection instead of the status quo, theft, control and manipulation.

I think the combination of government, AI and blockchain technology spells a massive problem for the future of citizens of the world. Us crypto bro's will at least be wealthy when we get there, but the control gov will have once they really figure our blockchain technology (not BTC) is a bit scary for me to comprehend.
