I saw Bloo perform live last month and now I´ll be seeing Oceanfromtheblue in September. This song just reminds me of how lucky I am, damn. Also the lyrics? So freaking beautiful, if someone thought of me that way, I would literally never stop crying. Also, that woman in the video is so prettyyyyy, wow. I love everything about this. The simplicity of the music video fits the allover vibe of the song, making it seem light and natural and it goes so well with the lyrics too. And the voices go together perfectly in my opinion. LOVE IT.

The thing is just when you look at most K-pop MVs there are way more international people commenting in English than Koreans commenting in Korean. That doesn't only apply to kpop anymore a lot of Korean hip-hop and RnB is discovered by internationals as well .... So you often find a lot more English comments underneath those as well. And that's also partly because K-pop isn't as big of a thing in Korea as ballads and indie or alternative music. The premise is that if there are more Korean comments, it means it hasn't been discovered by many 'mainstream' international fans, but is rather something still appreciated by mostly Koreans. Since it shows that the song doesn't specifically tries to market to internationals or something, but us unapologetically Korean. And since K-pop is often seen as rather commercial I put it as mainstream. So this ballad is not something internationals would necessarily look for. Although with the feature of bloo it's already a bit surprising since he has a big international fan base (also partly because he's originally from LA and often English speaking, which attracts international fans obviously) Again none of this is to offend any artist or fandom out there
