In Athens, we hosted the Hellenic Committee and Technical Seminar, uniting over 250 maritime leaders to discuss net-zero solutions, GHG regulation compliance, and ship cyber resilience. Back in Seoul, the 2024 KR Technology Seminar showcased our advancements in AI convergence technologies and digital transformation, offering invaluable insights into cutting-edge maritime trends.
We also released a pivotal report on the fire safety of electric vehicles on PCTCs, providing actionable recommendations to enhance operational safety. Meanwhile, KR’s new membership in the Nuclear Energy Maritime Organization (NEMO) marks a bold step toward nuclear-maritime solutions like Small Modular Reactors (SMRs), advancing global decarbonization goals and sustainable energy innovation.
