@@jeffreygreer hi I would agree that it is half full I have a pretty good photo of its current state taken from Horseshoe Meadows road if you want to see
I love how you put together an entire show to keep us right there with you!! A one man band of multiple camera shots, video, drone and a lot of talking to the camera (kinda like talking to yourself). AND producing majorly amazing images!! You rock!!
I wish youtube offered a heart besides a thumbs up. This video was spectacular and I am really looking forward to part 2. A thumbs up just isn't enough for this one.
Lol, just casually walking up massive boulders there Wish I had the discipline to get up a bonker's o'clock for a photo. Kudos to you Josh! I loved the vertical long exposure shot you got on those mountains!
In addition to not knowing about early mornings, bumpy drives, frigid temperatures, and high winds, people also don't see the ugliness just out of frame in the final image, i.e., high tension power lines over your head. :) Great shots, Joshua!
I found that arch. It was supposed to have a ladder there but when I got there the ladder is no where to be found I didn’t really take any good pictures there
As a resident of Lone Pine I love when I see such well made portrayals of our beautiful valley!
is owens lake totally full now? from the videos i've seen looks about half full

My daily view & the place I call my home for the past 50+ years, I've been blessed by the great creator, Shundahai Inyo

Gorgeous views! Thanks for sharing
What a beautiful location!
It really is!
Those shots of the Owens backdropped by the mountains tipped in morning light were simply sublime.
I may have drooled.
(I drooled)
Thanks a bunch, John! I was also drooling that morning...or maybe it was just snot running out of my nose from the wind.
The Sierras always make for such an awesome photo! Great shots
Not sure I'd call those lenticular clouds. Maybe the beginning of a Sierra Wave but that too usually forms later in the day in Owens Valley.

Wow, thanks so much!! Part 2 is even more fun.
Joshua, another fab video! Thank you so much!
Thanks, Torsten!!
Hey Josh, thanks for sharing! Reminds me of the morning we were there in 2016. Time really flies!
This valley is a landscape photographers dream ;-) Nice to see your excitement! Looking forward to the second part. The images are great.
Thanks, Klaus! No doubt about it; you could spend a lifetime in this valley photographing.
It's been to long since your last video! Looking forward to part 2!
Great video Josh! Can't wait to see how you shot that arch!
Crazy beautiful scenery, well done video, thanks for the well-worthing efforts.
Many thanks!
Cool. Look forward to seeing part two and your trip to Gulmira 😉
Nice Josh! Very informative and engaging video! You are full of knowledge 😁
Wonderful views! Your photos are beautiful and as always your video is entertaining 👏😉
Josh, I have been there once with my brother when I was a newbie to photography. I've gotta go back. Thanks for the great tips.

A couple of those shots were so good they took the wrinkles right out of my pants.😀 Can't wait to hit that area again in a couple of weeks.
Haha, schwing!

Power lines are my nemesis haha
Great journey - thanks for sharing the process and images.
"Now with trailers for future episodes coming soon!"
Cheers, Roger! Glad you enjoyed it. Yes! "Episodes" is the exact right word...that's where the channel is headed.
Beautiful!
Thank you!
Awesome vid Josh! Thanks for sharing! Enjoyed the editing on this one too! 🍺
Thanks, Mike! Props to my video editor, Nikola. He rocks!
Looking forward to those clips of the Alabama Hills. 395 rules.

Can you give us a guide how to find these places?
Hii
