Personally not a huge fan of water allies diana and this match really showcases why. The deck is pretty much just water allies. It did not matter whether or not you were playing diana here, could have been any other champion. Granted it won't always be the case, you have the option to go into diana and tasershot + curse them, but there was no need to at all in this match.
NGL, Diana cooked me in this one. Instead of respecting his interaction, I could have not summoned Trinket and gone for a Ring instead, I could have had more resources to try and play through things anyways. Still, it was a really good set, I enjoyed it thoroughly.
@@Rmuhnii I have regional and store championship success and play the game basically for free, I'm fine if I misplay on camera for a Friday night casual 8 man.
I’m still watching the video and haven’t seen the scepter play yet, but just in general, the scepter can be materialized like normal during the mat phase regardless of what spirit the other player is running. The scepter can also be ACTIVATED (hence the wording on the card) during the main phase of the turn ( I.e., not the Mat phase) when both players have water spirits.
So if the scepter was activated during the main phase and both spirits aren’t water, then you are correct. But if it was materialized normally, even if both spirits aren’t water, that’s fine.
You can materialize scepter during your materialization phase regardless if both players are water or not. The both players controlling water only applies when you want to activate the scepter outside of the materialization phase.

At least Trained Sharpshooter has the potential to not just be a 3 mana vanilla 2/3 in this deck! 😔😬
i think at 13:54, fire zander forgot to deal 2 damage from creative shock and could have taken out gildas?
No he cant since the 2 damage is a class bonus for mage and zander is a assassin
Someone tell this man to slooooooowwwwwww down. Its not that serious😂
Lmao
Great video!
Thanks!

If you slowed down and thought your plays through you would have more success

@@PiePie453 i think thats your problem, over falsity of confidence.
@@Rmuhnii Well they say it's a slow and insidious killer so you know, you'll see me long dead before you I suppose.
EFFECT
As long as each player controls a water element champion, you may activate this card from your material deck. (You still pay its costs.)

ah gotcha this wording makes it sound otherwise @and16
gotcha thank you@@candyband16
Fastest to ever do it
Forgot to tap champion for the rending
It's a bad habit for sure
Pretty sure illegal play on the scepter as both players did not control a Water Champion...
