100% agree on food. Food is good in San Diego. Just not easy to replicate other cities foods.

Hey guys, I studied at SDSU in the fall semester 2018. I had the best Italian food outside of Italy in Long Beach on the Main Street close to the beach 😬 greets from Germany, great video. And we have a lot of Italian restaurants run by Italians here in Germany…

I am moving from the East cost to to San Diego due to the military. What incentives, property tax breaks or other things that will help me in home buying when I move there? We are looking but everything is expensive and looking like we may or may not be able to afford a house. Thank you!
VA Loans are the best deal out there in my opinion. There's others programs as well but need to speak to a lender for options based on your circumstances

please do a video about the insurance issues in areas that have high fire ratings for climate change. we were told by our insurance company that a house we liked in lakeside was uninsurable. my cousin has the fair plan in northern california. he said the price went from1,000 to 5,000 a year
