To be nice and give advice:
less defined edges, especially for the very top and bottom.
Make sure to match color of surrounding clouds
Debris needs to come up after the funnel touches down, and it also needs to generally match what it's hitting. If it's hitting nothing (parking lot) then just put small particles. If it goes over a neighborhood then do wood.
The large debris doesn't just need to circle. It needs to be sucked in from the ground, close to the funnel at the bottom, then dragged upwards. As it goes up, it slows down then is flung outward.
Lastly, the cloud of dust at the base forms first, then the funnel descends to it. But again, no hard edges. Tornadoes are just visible because of dust. They aren't solid objects.

This car sure must be anchored down tight. I always look for my custom spot at Walmart in case of a tornado, that way the automatic lock down system deploys in my truck it keeps me anchored in moments like that
Funny story:
In 2008 a guy got upset with a company that makes anchors for parked airplanes because a tornado hit and ripped a huge chunk of ground was also ripped out the earth... with the mans Cessna still firmly anchored too it.
The anchor company then used the insurance damage photographs to advertise the effectiveness of the anchors at the Oshkosh airshow the next year.
If I remember correctly the anchor was called "The Claw" but I forget the name of the company that made it.
The dates may be incorrect because I was still just a kid at the time, but I will never forget how hard I laughed when the sales guy at the booth explained why they had photos of an upside-down airplane anchored to a massive mound of dirt.

1. no sign of rotation or any supercell
2. the tornado formed with debris already
3. the tornado started with strong winds, which is possible, but being that close to a tornado like that with no form of armor is dangerous.
4. a tornado usually doesnt form that fast
5. there was no sign of a tornado at the bottom because usually the vortex reaches down then pulls clouds along when its strong enough
6. rain usually doesnt engulf a tornado like that and rain is usually separate from tornadoes
7. clouds around a tornado spin and dont fall
8. look up "tornado gif" and i bet youll see this

They're normally only concentrated in the lower levels, with the centrifugal force of rotation pulling the outwards, and then gravity pulling them down as they escape the strongest uplifting winds, leaving the funnel top to be consisting exclusively of descending clouds (water vapour)!

This pathetic short is obviously garbage, but rain is known to wrap around tornadoes. Rain wrapped tornadoes are among the most dangerous simply because of the fact that you cannot see them until it's too late.
If you're referring to the clouds at the very top, not the tornado itself, then they do actually "fall". A sign of a potential tornado is a descending wall cloud.
