Put a spring on your hole saw pilot bit - the tension from the spring will push your plug out of the bit.
You can make knobs like that out of acrylic the same way. Drill slowly and don’t use a punch, though.

Nice tips. FYI, put a tiny piece of painter's tape over the magnets and they will still hold the chuck but not move when pulling off. The hold to the machine side will be slightly stronger and stay stationary. Are you running out of ideas for videos yet?
