I got the Platinum Hits (Special Edition of Ultimate Alliance). Its a bit cheaper, but not by much any more. Same game, different packaging and you get a bonus DVD. Gold edition is just for those players that want to pay a premium for the word "Gold" in the title. To be honest though, its the only way to play with all the DLC today (Gold or Special).
I own kingdoms of amalur, but I have no idea what it goes for. I got excited for a second, and the I saw it's the stupid fucking bullshit mega giga ultra super collectors edition with all the dumb shit inside that apparently is worth something to collectors. I just own the base game, man. Also, fuck sports games.
