- Finally able to share with everyone the newest addition to my family. Do not worry we still have the Cessna One Fifty. This was a celebratory flight out to Amboy, California and iconic Route 66 and Roy's Motel.
If the music is too loud you have a volume knob on your speakers. If you do not like the music, too bad.
It’s super cool that Citabria is “Airbatic” spelled backwards...
Was the food good?
Get some Bush wheels on that thing or you'll get your man card punched😁
What size?
@@FlyingWildAZ as big as your manliness can handle...
@@FlyingWildAZ I run 29s on my A65 powered Champ (Citabria's pappy) and love it.
Scary flying by those power lines.
Phew! That's nice. I've been considering getting myself a tail dragger of some sort, but for some reason I want a side by side style.
Lifted my spirit watching this video. Thank you!
Excellent!
Just saw this!!! Nice!!! Congrats!
We sell hangars if you are looking😎👍🏼
Best to you!!!!
1:18 this air strip reminds me of that airport in gta
Sandy shores?
Do you do flight training courses? Like are you an instructor? If so where do you teach out of?
Hi there! New subscriber from SW Colorado. I watched your video before reading the subscription. As you were landing I was thinking "wow...that really looks like a Rte 66 stop, but I don't recall it in AZ". It sure helps to read too.
Congrats on your new plane (well, from 6 months ago)!! That is awesome. I had a 152 that I did most of my time building in, and had to sell all toys when I went into the regional airlines :-( The 152 sure would be fun exploring the desert south west from our spot in CO!
QUESTION: What would be a decent area to take my wife in the greater Phoenix area for walking, shops, and eateries/bars? Is there a neat old town in Phoenix or any of the surround suburbs?
I fly a B350 out of Telluride for a private family now. We come to Phoenix somewhat regularly. My wife came with me last month on a 1 night stay. She really liked it....and that didn't include going out to do anything special (I'm sure the palm trees by the pool at the hotel had a luring effect as we still had feet of snow at our house hehehe).
Safe flying!
Awesome! Congrats on the new TW bird! Did you end up selling your 150 to buy the Citabria?
Nice! That's awesome!!!
Also I’m a fan just subscribed!
That Citabria too nice to land here on these dirt runways.
Very nice! I prefer my small wheel to be up front though ha ha
Glad you did not burn down arizona
Beautiful Bird!!!
Where did you take off from?
Bonanza gang all the way!
Are you a CFI?
DUDE! Too Kewl!!
Congratulations on the Citabria...One of the most excellent aircraft ever built. I took about 10 hours of aerobatic training in one, over the North end of San Francisco Bay...flying out of Petaluma. ALL of my memories, from back in the day, are excellent. This plane can seemingly do anything...no matter how radical...and instantly recover to safe level flight...just in time for a few snap rolls, some upside down flying...and pulling up sharply into a Hammerhead. I'm looking forward to seeing you showcase her capabilities!
Great videos. I had such a laugh at you just flying to a motel and landing. Lovely scenery as is Scotland but very few places if any here you could do that.. Keep them coming al
Edgar & a Cit A Bria 👍
