الكمية تكفي لثلاث أشخاص:
١ كيلو صدر دجاج
ملح حسب الرغبة
٣ ملاعق بهار باربكيو
الصلصة:
٤ ملاعق زبدة
٤ ملاعق زيت زيتون
حبة بصل مفرومة ناعم
نصف كوب فطر
ملعقتين طحين
١ ليتر مرق الدجاج
ملح حسب الرغبة
نصف ملعقة صغيرة بهار أسود
ملعقة صغيرة أوريغانو
(تقدم مع البطاطا المقلية أو الأرز المفلفل والخضار المسلوقة)

Ingredients for three people:
1 kg chicken breast
salt to taste
3 tsp BBQ spices
the gravy:
4 tsp butter
4 tsp olive oil
1 finely shopped onion
half cup mushroom
2 tsp flour
1 litre chicken broth
salt to taste
half tea spoon black pepper
1 tea spoon oregano
(serve it with fries or rice and boiled vegetables)
