Crockpot Layered Enchiladas | Slow Cooker Recipes

Hey y’all! Here’s another easy and delicious recipe…crockpot layered enchiladas! So good!
Ingredients (with rough estimates):
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1/3 cup of onion
1 pound of ground beef
1 package of taco seasoning
3/4 cup of water
10 flour tortillas
15oz can of enchilada sauce
2 cups of Mexican cheese blend
Shredded lettuce
Chipotle sour cream

I seem to find that the flour tortillas get gooey instead of the way a corn tortilla gets. I think it's better of a corn tortillas but both can be used
