Great video.. Looks fantastic. I have been looking for ideas for a half ship and I think this is going to be perfect for my haunt this year.. Thanks for posting ~
I don’t remember exactly how much it cost to build, I know that the foam used for the sides was the biggest expense. If I were to build another one I would just use the cross fitting’s up the front piece and would use T’s on the sides instead to save costs. I would love to see it if you build one.
It’s been a couple years since I built it but I think the vertical piece’s up the front were about a foot and that made the front a little over 4’ tall and the back was about 20” high
I used 12 of the 3/4” cross pieces and one of the little jugs of T’s from Home Depot. If I were to build another one I think I would only use the cross pieces at the front and use T’s everywhere else. There’s a big difference in cost. So that would change the measurements a little bit but when I get a chance I will try and get the measurements I have for this one.
It’s all 3/4 pvc except the 3’ Piece out the front that I put the pool noodle over. I only glued the center piece on the ground to help hold the shape. Oh and the 1 1/2” pvc that I made the mast out of.
Like the fan turning the wheel..!
Thanks it’s the easiest way I could think of.

We're following your video for Halloween this year! Do you know the rough estimate of how much it cost to build just the pirate ship?

How many 10 ft pipes did you use? And what are the dimensions of the ship?
I think there was 12 or 14, 3/4” pipes and the overall is roughly 10’ by 5’
I’m building this as we speak, could you tell me the height of the very front (The hull I guess), and the back?

@@Long-12 perfect, thank you

Do you have a list of the measurements and parts?
