I really appreciate Lauren acknowledging that the 75 soft challenge would be hard if she had a 9-5 job. I love the idea of the 75 soft to make yourself feel healthier and stronger, but it's not an easy task when you have to be at work all day! It's always refreshing to see someone we consider a celebrity, know that they have privileges a lot of other people don't. We love you for being authentic with us Laur!
I cannot emphasize enough how privileged I am to be able to make my own schedule and have the flexibility to exercise mid day!!! the girlies out here doing 75 hard/soft with 9-5s and office jobs are 1000% more diligent than I am and i will continue screaming it forever!!!

Thank you for saying that blurb about the wedding and your 75 soft. It actually inspired me to do a modified version of 75 soft. While I am getting married this summer and am trying to get in better shape it’s not for the actual wedding… it’s for our plans after the wedding and I want to make sure I’m in good shape physically and mentally before we start taking next steps! 🥰💛
This is why I LOVE how you as a creator have evolved and grew as an individual!!

I don't usually comment, but for a budget friendly eyeliner I personally love the Physician's Formula tattoo liner - it has the same application tip as the one you like. It also has pretty good all-day wear.

Congrats Lauren, how exciting for you! I've been to Tulum with a group of 10+ so some tips that I wish I knew of!
CENOTES: You absolutely must go at least 2 Cenotes. They're beautiful and super cooling which is refreshing in the humid hot weather during the summer time. I regret not going to explore more. I can't swim but they have life vests for you to rent out. If you do plan to explore Cenotes or site seeing get a car (they don't have ubers in Tulum so if your hotel or Airbnb can arrange for a special cab for you that would be ideal too).
WEATHER: (June-Oct) It rains quite a bit, we were lucky that there was no rain when our group went late June 2022. Even though there was no rain it was SUPER humid. Think Houston or Atlanta but more humid. Be prepared for it. Also lately there have been quite a bit of seaweed overgrowth so the water may not be as pretty as one would think. Just depends on mother nature!
BE CAREFUL OF THE WATER: Went on a trip with 10+ others and more than half of us got sick from the water (My bf and I never drank the water but we did brush our teeth with the water which still got us sick (not fun stuff on the other end if you know what I mean). We stayed at a nice Airbnb (could be different in a hotel) but it never hurts to be safe. If you do get sick the pharmacies there can get you anything for pretty cheap. Still had fun though, no regrets~
TULUM TOWN: The town is pretty small, so if you want to explore it is definitely walkable (ideally bike, if you have a place nearby!) but if you're renting a car it would allow you to get towards the beach where all the beach clubs are. I am not much of a drinker either but the beach clubs are still open and available for you to relax in and eat breakfast. There was a super nice one that I loved called Kanan Jungle it was adorable with a second floor!
ELECTRICITY/AC: The town is still developing so if there is power line down you may be out of power for a bit, we had that issue when we were there, but if you stay at a place with a pool you can still cool off. Not all hotels have AC so definitely ask!
Have fun good luck and hopefully at least one person in your party speak Spanish! It helped us quite a bit on our Trip. The locals are friendly but if they know you're tourist they may try to ask more for cab fair or trinkets. AHHH so excited for you!!!

Try the Mac brushstroke 24-hour liner. I’ve tried so many liquid liners and I think this one is the best I’ve tried. Also I love u so much I’ve been watching your videos since you started❤
WOw! I seriously know where to find an eyelash curler to maintain my eyelashes. I've seriously waited so long to find out if my product really works because they had none in the store. It would probably work but let me know in a week's notice. Thanks for the tip. xoxo

I’m an esthetician and it is the Latisse(or generic versions) that causes the under-eye discoloration and it can even cause the fat pads under your eyes to herniate. The ordinary is what I personally use and recommend to all my clients. All the benefits with none of the downsides that Latisse has

The angry DMs are weird... 75 soft on Lauren who's already pretty fit will not alter her physique significantly. In fact, I remember her doing the chloe ting (?) challenge way back and feeling frustrated that she's not seeing results... unless Lauren suddenly start lifting weights and packing on protein like Mia we won't notice any exterior changes that much. I'm sure her heart (cardio) and overall well-being will improve with 75 soft. Once you hit your 30s, maintaining your health is harder; these challenges are just fun things to break the monotony of exercise.
