Mine is black, same engine... love the adaptive cruise, I purchased another VW to keep big miles off the V8... it is a keeper, I guess its now my Sunday car. This model is much better than the new V3, like chalk and cheese!
I own one of these, if anyone is watching this trying to decide to buy one or not, all I can say is you won't find a better car for the money, x5, ml, rrs, forget them. None has the power like this, the only car that beats this is the cayenne s but you won't find one for anywhere near the same money, the interior is nicer on the porsche and maybe a sportier handling setup and an extra 40bhp on the same engine, but buy the Touareg instead, save a fortune and remap it to 400bhp.
@@ellebass6988 i didn't think the US got the 4.2 V8 tdi? But no, these are one of the best engines vw made, they have no common issues and strong as an ox
@@ellebass6988 i run a marine company and pull boats, you won't find any problems pulling horses, try and find one with the centre diff lock for those muddy field situations!
I just bought a V8 FSI 2014 in Brazil. My unit is bulletproof, but Im just amazed by how well the car is built and the amount of power it has. As you said, is completely underrated and it has nothing short of a X5, ML, etc.
😂 Yes. It's actually genius. The sidewall is folded in on itself and once out of the boot, you inflate it and it pops the tyre out to give the right size. It means it takes up less space in the back. Very clever

I’m considering one to pull a single horse trailer throughout show season in the US. Have you had an issues with repairs/
