Also, the paper stock in your book has a "pearl" finish: slight iridescence and texture, but doesn't shift the photo color (like maybe you lose a little of the black/shadows, but not much). It's giving RICH!

I think the other one in San Jose you're probably thinking about it lacàphê since it's been on IG a lot lately. The other really good spot is Tram Coffee! Yummmm I want some now. You should try Lacàphê in San Jose! They have the “eggspresso” too, plus an amazing Coco Freeze (coconut coffee ice blended) and the Ube cream too. I personally love the eggspresso and the lightly salted coffee!
There’s also a new tea/coffee place somewhat nearby (next to Pho Ha Noi) called Phuc Long that you might be interested in trying one day. I’m not Viet but from what I can understand, it’s a beloved chain in Vietnam and this branch is one of their newest outposts in the US. They opened a couple weeks ago and the lines were pretty crazy!

We’ve tried the viet coffee spots in San jose! There’s Tram coffee and La Caphe! Tram has a sweeter egg cream and la caphe has a milder one similar to Phin.

We love potatoes! I love potato corner so I gotta try potato guys. Also I tried Phin cafe too last weekend in South SJ, I liked it. It is similar to La Caphe which I think what you were refering to, the one in Story Rd. I always get the coconut coffee coz I prefer it over the egg coffee. Perfect with Banh Mi! I still prefer the Duc Huong Banh Mi though (Story Rd branch). I also get the same order in Meet Fresh! Always hits the spot!Anyway thanks again for the new spots to try in the Bay Area! Try Tram’s Cream Coffee 1 (egg coffees, coconut coffee, and VIP coffee) on Silvercreek Rd and Lacaphe on story rd. (Eggspresso Hanoi, Muoi/salted coffee, ube coffee) It’s all yummy 😋
