From my understanding, Aerith gave the party a choice and they decided to defy fate. Going forward, I would think that if Aerith dies again, then that mean history stay the same but obviously that wont happen so history will change leading to Seph not dying and having a chance to come back.
Pekora's "Win at all cost" prompt was replaced with a "Survive" during this boss battle. When Pekora would usually be smug about winning, her instincts at the much stronger villain had her stay focused for the fear of death. Glad she enjoyed the game, now I am wondering if she will want to play Crisis Core.
Pekora? Crisis Core? Aside from the obvious, which we're definitely gonna be looking forward to if she ever decided to play it. I'm also looking forward to her impressions of Genesis, Angeal, and Sephiroth. (Pre-FFVII events)

really odd to see tifa and barret before aerith. the order of appearance is determined by points that you earn by using each character during the previous fight. between aerith being super strong and the game awarding her twice as many points as the others, usually you have to deliberately try to get her to show up last.
I always end up not using Aerith a lot because enemies target whoever you're controlling, and she's the most fragile of the bunch. I'm probably not the only one out there XDD

I did not struggle as much as maybe cuz I was landing my parries and had counter too. But goddamn it was so so so chaotic towards the end. I could hardly tell what was happening on the screen

it depends on how much you use a character in a fight against the whisperers...she probably gave Tifa the right materias and Tifa did a lot of damage/staggered a lot of them
