Jude is Blessed by World Gospel Church's Compassion

I've made several videos concerning the challenges someone with my type of dwarfism faces everyday. When Terri Brown, who works at the church I attend, saw these videos she showed them to Pastor Alfie, Brett Mishler, then Pastor Ben plus several others who work at the church and they all decided to do someone positive about my situation. Watch as I am blessed with a low sink, stove with cook top and a platform in my bathroom making it so much safer for me to use my toilet.
You might be wondering what type of dwarfism I have as you watch this video. There are over 200 types of dwarfism and I have Diastrophic Dysplasia Dwarfism. I'm only 3'7" tall and a mother to a fantastic son who has a different type of dwarfism than me, Pseudoachondroplasia. You might think dwarfism has hindered my life, but only as much as I've let it...which isn't much. I might have difficulty walking and need to use an electric scooter/wheelchair sometimes, but I live an independent life and don't let my disability slow me down if I can help it. I've traveled to several countries and lived in both the USA and Great Britain. I have degrees in both Architecture and Art Education, but I also enjoy singing, sewing, swimming and traveling. Life is meant to be lived to the fullest so don't let what seems like an obstacle stand in your way because there is always a way around it...over it...through it or under it. NEVER GIVE UP!!!
