I hope my jackfruit tree will fruit this year, last year it started to flower. Thank you for taking us along, I have a Soursop that is being stubborn no flowers yet. Supporting you back thank you for your support. Goga is such a good connector of people.
I am not any good at preparing breadfruit, sorry you missed out on them. Florida has a yummy mango season if you travel to the states visit South Florida in the summer time.
So funny the one guy thought you were BBC, is that market for everyone? It looks like a place where other shops go to get there items. I have a banana shoot on my counter at the moment, what do I do with it?
I hope so too! Continue to nurture them and talk to them. Tell them to bare fruits to feed and nourish you. I’m sure you will have those beautiful fruits pretty soon. Oh yes Goga is a gem 💎
I know 😀, I was shocked when he said it. He’s obviously hoping for BBC to come and film the market. The market is open for all, for retailers, wholesalers and individuals the likes. It’s much cheaper than buying fruits and veggies in the supermarkets and stores. Thank you so much for being here!
This is a large market with lots of beautiful and healthy fruits and vegetables . That's a large jackfruit! Sorry you didn't get the breadfruit and soursop...Seems very expensive to shop for Jamaican goodies! Come home and enjoy the fresh produce in abundance 😆 Such an amazing upload..
It’s is indeed! It’s a wholesale market so everything is far much cheaper here compared to our local markets and supermarkets. They abuse us here when we have to buy our Jamaican produce. Everything from the island is overpriced, and sadly it’s not passed down to our location farmers. They get mere peanuts for their hard labour. Yes I’m coming home soon to eat local and indulge 😂 Appreciate you watching 🙏
😂😂 We do get everything much cheaper here as it’s a wholesale market. However by the time it hits our local markets and supermarkets everything is overpriced and way too costly. See, I bought one box of mangoes for £2.00 and there was 6 in the box. In the supermarket you’re paying £1.50 each for a mango
Oh wow, they are fairly priced here in London at most markets. Except for those Pakistani mangoes and those from Dominica and our Julie and East Indian mangoes.
Our own Jamaican fruits are far much cheaper in Jamaica compared to here. Our Jamaican fruits and produce are super expensive here. They abuse us by selling everything by kilo. Last time I bought some Julie mangoes they were £8.00 a kilo. I feel for our poor farmers who don’t get much for their produce.
Yes sis, most of the tropical fruits are. Jackfruits, soursops, breadfruit etc that you all let rot on trees home are luxury items here. Even banana shoot that we’d chop off the banana and throw away is super expensive here. Appreciate you watching 🙏

Yes! One of my favorite fruits….but it’s so expensive here
I paid 2.50 euros for 1 kilo of grape here and 1 euro for 1 mango
Oh wow, they are fairly priced here in London at most markets. Except for those Pakistani mangoes and those from Dominica and our Julie and East Indian mangoes.
Lots of products there. I wonder what is the comparison to our own Jamaican fruits.

They are indeed hun, super expensive!
Do you know what time it's best to visit the market? And what time it closes?
If you’re going for personal shopping then anytime from 5 am is good. For wholesale definitely earlier. They start closing down from about 6:30am
I need to start eating more fruit.
I love my fruits, but fruits like this is super expensive here
This is a very big jackfruit
